 MITIGATION REQUIRED FOR THE PROPERTY, AND SHOW QUANTITY
 OF MITIGATION PROVIDED WITH THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPE

 THE LIGUSTRUM JAPONICUM IN AREAS WITH LIMITED SPACE AND
 WIDTH AS IN REAR PATIO AREAS. IT IS ALSO PREFERABLE TO
 HAVE A SPECIES THAT PROVIDES A SHADE CANOPY.

 WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE, SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY
