 STAFF HAS REVIEWED THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS FOR THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION AND
 PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE CALCULATIONS FOR REQUIRED
 TREES AND SHRUBS PER SECTION 94-442 BASED ON THE 40
 PERCENT OPEN SPACE REQUIRED, AND NOT ON WHAT IS BEING
 PROVIDED. ALSO NOTE THE LIMIT OF 35 PERCENT MAXIMUM
 SUBSTITUTION OF PALMS FOR REQUIRED TREES.
  
 2. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW THE REQUIRED 5 FOOT LANDSCAPE
 BUFFER ADJACENT TO OTHER PROPERTIES, AND THE 10 FOOT
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER WHERE ADJACENT TO THE RIGHT OF WAY.
  
 3. CONDITIONALLY SATISFIED. THE 15 FOOT EASEMENT PER
 PLAT MAY NOT BE NEEDED. IF ABANDONED, THE LANDSCAPE
 BUFFER CAN BE MOVED TO THE PROPERTY LINE.
  
 4. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW THE AMOUNT OF LANDSCAPING
 PROVIDED TOWARD COMPLYING WITH THE REQUIREMENT THAT 20
 PERCENT OF THE LINEAR FEET AROUND THE EXTERIOR OF ALL
 INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURES SHALL BE PLANTED WITH TREES,
 SHRUBS OR HEDGES.
  
 5. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE THE REQUIRED HEDGE FOR 3
 SIDES OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE.
  
 6. SATISFIED. PLEASE REVISE THE LANDSCAPE AND
 ENGINEERING PLANS TO AVOID CONFLICTS BETWEEN
 LANDSCAPING AND WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE, LIGHTING AND
 FPL EQUIPMENT. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF ALL UTILITIES
 AND EASEMENTS ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 7. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT SUCH AS A/C COMPRESSORS, ETC., AND PROVIDE
 SCREENING FOR ALL GROUND MOUNTED EQUIPMENT AND
 UTILITIES.
  
 8. SATISFIED. PLEASE INCLUDE A ROOT BARRIER DETAIL AND
 SHOW LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT
 INFRASTRUCTURE AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS. THIS INCLUDES
 WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE, SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY
 FIELD STRUCTURES THAT COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
  
 1. PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A LANDSCAPE PERMIT, THE
 APPLICANT SHALL REVISE THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO MOVE THE
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER PLANTINGS TO THE PROPERTY LINE ALONG
 THE INTERIOR LOT LINE IN THE AREA OF THE 15 FOOT WIDE
 ABANDONED UTILITY EASEMENT.
