 2ND/RE-SUBMITTAL REVIEW RESPONSE: PASSED WITH PROVISO
  
 AFTER REVIEWING THE REVISED PLANS RECEIVED ON
 3/16/2017, IT APPEARS THAT SOME OF THE COMMENTS HAVE
 BEEN ADDRESSED AND DEEM SATISFIED. WHEREAS, OTHER
 COMMENTS ARE ACKNOWLEDGED IN THE WRITTEN LETTER OF
 RESPONSE TO THE PREVIOUS PPRC COMMENTS DATED MARCH 15,
 2017. THE ACKNOWLEDGED COMMENTS ALONG WITH THE
 FOLLOWING ITEM ARE EXPECTED TO BE ADDRESSED DURING
 "ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION" PHASE PRIOR TO
 ISSUANCE OF CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATION INCLUDING
 BUILDING PERMITS AND ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL:
  
 7. IN THE RESPONSE IT IS STATED THAT NO EXISTING
 WATERLINE WAS LOCATED AT THE PROPERTY BUT EXISTING
 WATER SERVICE CONNECTION WILL BE ABANDONED. STATEMENT
 IS NOT CLEAR. EXISTING SERVICE CONNECTION NEED TO BE
 CUT AND CAPPED AT THE MAIN INSTEAD OF ABANDONMENT (AS
 ACKNOWLEDGED IN THE RESPONSE TO THE COMMENT #13).
  
 FOLLOWING NEW COMMENTS ALSO NEED TO BE ADDRESSED IN THE
 FINAL PLANS DURING "ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT
 APPLICATION" PHASE:
  
 1. ON THE REVISED WATER AND SEWER PLAN (SHEET 9 OF 12),
 EXISTING WATER MAIN ON 27TH ST. IS CALLED OUT AS 6 INCH
 BUT AT THE CONNECTION POINT FOR THE NEW FIRE HYDRANT
 ASSEMBLY A LABEL IS SHOWN AS: "8 INCH X 6 INCH TAPPING
 SLEEVE AND GATED VALVE". PLEASE VERIFY;
  
 2. SHOW ON THE PLAN THE SIZE AND MATERIAL FOR THE
 PROPOSED/NEW WATERLINE FROM THE METER/BACKFLOW
 PREVENTER TO THE BUILDING;
  
 3. SHOW ON THE PLAN A PROFILE FOR THE PROPOSED SANITARY
 SEWER FROM THE CLEANOUT TO THE BUILDING.
