 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. THE CONGRESS AVENUE LANDSCAPE BUFFER AND MEDIAN
 DESIGN NEEDS TO EXTEND TO THE NORTHERN AND SOUTHERN
 LIMITS OF THE DEVELOPMENT; THE PROPOSED PLANS SHOW THE
 PLANTINGS ENDING APPROXIMATELY 150 FEET SHORT.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION FROM PALM BEACH COUNTY
 INDICATING THEIR APPROVAL OF THE PROPOSED MEDIAN
 PLANTINGS. AS CONGRESS AVENUE IS A COUNTY ROAD, ALL
 IMPROVEMENTS IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY WILL NEED TO BE
 APPROVED AND PERMITTED FROM PALM BEACH COUNTY.
  
 3. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE GUARD HOUSE DOES NOT
 MATCH UP WITH WHAT WAS APPROVED FOR THE ENTRY ROAD IN
 2015. THERE NEEDS TO BE COORDINATION BETWEEN ALL OF THE
 PROPOSED PLANS AND THOSE THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN
 APPROVED.
  
 4. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE GUARD HOUSE SHOWS A
 PODOCARPUS HEDGE EXTENDING ALONG THE FRONT OF
 RESIDENTIAL LOTS 1 THROUGH 4 IN POD L1, COMPLETELY
 CUTTING OFF ACCESS TO THE ROAD.
  
 5. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE GUARD HOUSE APPEARS TO
 SHOW TREES/PALMS IN THE SIDEWALK IN FRONT OF LOTS 2
 THROUGH 4 IN POD L1.
  
 6. THE SUBMITTED SITE PLAN IS UNCLEAR. VARIOUS ELEMENTS
 (SIDEWALKS, ETC. ) ARE NOT LABELED AND HARD TO
 DIFFERENTIATE FROM OTHER ELEMENTS SHOWN ON THE PLAN.
  
 7. PLEASE PROVIDE AN ENLARGEMENT OF THE GATE HOUSE
 AREA. IT APPEARS THAT THE PARKING FOR THE GUARD HOUSE
 IS INSUFFICIENT. IS THIS PARKING FOR A STANDARD
 VEHICLE, OR IS IT LIMITED TO A GOLF CART? DOES THE
 BUILDING CODE AND/OR ADA REQUIRE ACCESSIBLE PARKING TO
 BE PROVIDED? IF VEHICLES ARE TO BE PARKING THERE, THEN
 THE SPACE AND BACKUP AREA NEEDS TO COMPLY WITH THE
 CITY?S MINIMUM DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS. ADDITIONALLY,
 PLEASE ENSURE SUFFICIENT TURN RADIUS IS PROVIDED FOR
 THIS PARKING SPACE, AS WELL AS GUEST VEHICLES/TRUCKS
 THAT ARE DENIED ENTRY AND ARE REQUIRED TO TURN AROUND.
  
 8. HAS THERE BEEN ANY COORDINATION WITH THE SCHOOL
 DISTRICT ON HOW SCHOOL BUS PICK-UP WILL OCCUR?
  
 9. THE SITE PLAN DOES NOT SHOW THE PROPOSED FEATURES IN
 THE CENTER OF, AND AROUND, THE ROUNDABOUT (FOUNTAIN,
 WALLS, FREESTANDING SIGNS, ETC.).
  
 10. THERE NEEDS TO BE A BUFFER BETWEEN THE EXISTING
 MAINTENANCE FACILITY AND THE RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUMS
 LOCATED ALONG CONGRESS AVENUE TO THE SOUTH.
  
 11. THE LANDSCAPE PLANS FOR THE ROUNDABOUT SHOW THE
 FOUNTAIN HAVING SIDEWALK AND PEDESTRIAN CIRCULATION IN
 THE CENTER, HOWEVER, THERE APPEARS TO BE NO SAFE
 CROSSING TO ACCESS THIS AREA. PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL
 PEDESTRIAN CIRCULATION AREAS CAN BE ACCESSED SAFELY AND
 CONFORM TO ANY REQUIRED ADA STANDARDS.

 DEPARTMENTS SHALL BE PROVIDED UPON RESUBMISSION.

 PROVIDED, ALONG WITH ONE (1) REDUCED COPY (11IN X
 17IN), AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS.
  
 C) PLEASE NOTE THAT RE-SUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 D) IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 E) PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
