 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. PLEASE PROVIDE A TREE DISPOSITION LIST AND
 MITIGATION CHART FOR EACH PARCEL SHOWING THE QUANTITIES
 OF TREES AND PALMS REMOVED AND THE MITIGATION REQUIRED.
  
 2. THERE ARE MANY SABAL PALMS THAT ARE VERY GOOD SIZE
 ON EACH SITE THAT CAN BE PRESERVED AND USED, PLEASE
 EXPLAIN WHY THEY ARE NOT BEING UTILIZED.
  
 3. PLEASE CORRECT THE OPEN SPACE CALCULATIONS TO
 REFLECT THE REQUIRED 40 PERCENT OPEN SPACE AREA
 CONTAINED IN EACH PARCEL, AND THE LANDSCAPE AREA
 REQUIRED AND PROVIDED.
  
 4. CORRECT THE REQUIRED TREE AND SHRUB REQUIREMENTS
 BASED ON THE OPEN SPACE CALCULATED IN COMMENT 3 FOR
 EACH PARCEL.
  
 5. PLEASE SHOW THE PERCENTAGE OF PALMS COUNTED TOWARD
 THE REQUIRED TREES, NOT TO EXCEED 35 PERCENT.
  
 6. PLEASE RECALCULATE THE BUFFER REQUIREMENTS USING THE
 BUFFER LENGTHS FOR ALL FOUR SIDES OF EACH PARCEL.
  
 7. PLEASE REVISE THE PARKING ROWS TO BE NO MORE THAN 10
 SPACES IN A ROW, SEE EAST SIDE OF BUILDING.
  
 8. PLEASE SHOW THE TOTAL NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES
 PROVIDED ON THE DATA CHART AND USE THIS NUMBER FOR THE
 CALCULATION OF LANDSCAPE AREA REQUIRED PER SECTION
 94-443(C)(3) FOR EACH PARCEL.
  
 9. PLEASE DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-443
 (C)(4) FOR THE AMOUNT OF LANDSCAPE AREA REQUIRED IN THE
 LANDSCAPE ISLANDS PROVIDING 4 SQUARE FEET FOR EACH 100
 SQUARE FEET OF OTHER PAVED AREAS ADDITIONAL TO PARKING
 SPACES FOR EACH PARCEL.
  
 10. PLEASE PROVIDE HEDGING AND TREES ON AT LEAST 30
 PERCENT OF THE PERIMETER OF THE BUILDING, PER SECTION
 94-443 (E)(1).
  
 11. PLEASE SHOW ALL UTILITY LOCATIONS ON THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN.
  
 12. PLEASE INCLUDE A ROOT BARRIER DETAIL AND SHOW
 LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT INFRASTRUCTURE
 AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS. THIS INCLUDES WATER, SEWER,
 DRAINAGE, SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY FIELD STRUCTURES
 THAT COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
  
 13. PLEASE PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL GROUND MOUNTED
 EQUIPMENT AND UTILITIES.
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
