 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC MEETING (BY FEBRUARY 14,
 2017), THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY
 FURTHER ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT
 APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) PLEASE CHANGE THE "PROPOSED ZONING" AND "PROPOSED
 LAND USE" LINE ITEMS ON THE SITE DATA TABLE TO REFLECT
 THEM AS THE CURRENT ZONING AND LAND USE.
  
 2) THE PARKING IS INCORRECTLY CALCULATED. RETAIL USES
 ONLY REQUIRE 1 PARKING SPACE PER 250 SQUARE FEET.
 PLEASE UPDATE THE TABLE TO SHOW ONLY 35 REQUIRED
 PARKING SPACES.
  
 3) THE BUILDING INCREASED IN SIZE; HOWEVER THE LOT
 COVERAGE AND NET FLOOR AREA RATIO NUMBERS DID NOT
 CHANGE. PLEASE VERIFY ALL NUMBERS BASED ON THE NEW
 SQUARE FOOTAGE.
  
 4) THE FRONT SETBACK ON THE TABLE IS LISTED STILL
 LISTED AS 7 FEET; HOWEVER, THE PLANS SHOW 8 FOOT
 SETBACK DIMENSIONS ON THE TAG LINES. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 5) THE BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE AND DIMENSIONS SHOWN ON
 THE LANDSCAPE PLAN WERE NOT UPDATED.
  
 6) THE JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT NEEDS TO BE REVISED TO
 STATE THAT THERE ARE NOW 13, INSTEAD OF 12 PARKING
 SPACES IN THE SOUTH LOT.
  
 7) ON THE SITE PLAN, THERE IS AN ARROW INDICATING A "NO
 PARKING - FIRE LANE" SIGN WHICH POINTS TO THE DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE. PLEASE CORRECT THE DRAWING.
  
 8) PLEASE VERIFY THAT THE GRASSPAVE WILL BE ABLE TO
 SUPPORT A FIRE TRUCK WHERE THE EXFILTRATION TRENCH RUNS
 UNDER IT.
