 1. PARTIALLY SATISFIED - PLEASE INCLUDE INT HE PARKING
 CALCULATION SHEET THE INFORMATION REGARDING THE TOTAL
 NUMBER OF EXISTING SLIPS, THE REQUIRED SPACES, PLUS THE
 SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE COMMERCIAL USES AND THE REQUIRED
 SPACES. ALSO PROVIDE A COPY OF THE LEGAL DOCUMENT THAT
 IDENTIFIES 166 SPACES FOR THE MARINA USE WITHIN THE
 EXISTING PARKING GARAGE. EXISTING PARKING LOT INCLUDES
 96 SPACES FOR MARINA USE. PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION
 INDICATING NUMBER OF SLIPS CURRENTLY EXISTING AND
 APPROVED IF NOT ALL BUILT, REQUIRED PARKING AND
 LOCATION OF MARINA PARKING ONCE SURFACE LOT IS REMOVED.
 2. DONE-SURVEY SHALL INCLUDE THE DIMENSION FROM BACK OF
 CURB ON FLAGLER DRIVE TO PROPERTY LINE.
 3. DONE-PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION TO CONFIRM
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENT OF ONE TREE EVERY 25
 FEET OF STREET FRONTAGE. AS THE FLAGLER DRIVE
 STREETSCAPE PATTERN IS ROYAL PALMS, THE COMPLIANCE WITH
 THIS REQUIREMENT SHALL BE TO MAINTAIN THE EXISTING
 ROYAL PALM PLANTING PATTERN, AND FILL IN THE GAPS WITH
 NEW PALMS OR REPLACING THOSE IN BAD CONDITION.
 4. PARTIALLY SATISFIED. DUMPSTER SHALL BE SCREENED ,
 PROVIDE MINIMUM CLEARANCE FOR TRUCK.- PLEASE PROVIDE
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO CONFIRM ALL BUILDING
 EQUIPMENT IS SCREENED FROM ABOVE AND BELOW.
 5. PARTIALLY SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS FOR THE
 PROPOSED SCREENING FOR MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT.-PLEASE
 PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THE FINISHED MATERIAL
 OF ALL BUILDING ROOFS, INCLUDING POOL DECK AND ANY
 CANOPIES. TAR AND GRAVEL OR BALLAST SHALL NOT BE
 UTILIZED AS FINISHING MATERIALS.
 6. PARTIALLY SATISFIED. PLEASE REMOVE REFERENCE TO
 URBAN CORE PARKING REQUIREMENTSPLEASE REVISE PARKING
 DATA TO REFLECT THE PARKING REQUIREMENTS FOR A HOTEL
 WITHIN A SPECIAL DISTRICT ACCORDING TO TABLE IV-9 IN
 ARTICLE IV OF THE ZONING CODE. PARKING CALCULATIONS
 SHALL BE BASED ON NET INTERIOR AREA WHEN REQUIREMENT IS
 BASED ON SQUARE FOOTAGE.
 7. NOT SATISFIED. STRIPING DETAIL IN SHEET A1.1.01
 SHALL FOLLOW CITY STANDARDS- ALL PARKING SPACES SHALL
 BE STRIPED FOLLOWING CITY STANDARDS.
 8. NOT SATISFIED. NOTE NOT REMOVED - PROJECT COMPLIES
 WITH MINIMUM REQUIRED PARKING, PLEASE REMOVE NOTE
 REGARDING PAYMENT IN LIEU FROM PARKING TABLE. 10%
 REDUCTION ON PARKING REQUIREMENT IS NOT APPLICABLE TO
 HOTEL USES, PLEASE REMOVE NOTE FROM TABLE.
 9. NOT SATISFIED.-PLEASE PROVIDE DETAIL DRAWINGS FOR
 THE TWO PARKING AREAS INCLUDING DIMENSIONS FOR PARKING
 SPACES AND DRIVE AISLES, STRIPING DETAIL, WHEEL STOPS
 OR CONTINUOUS CURB DETAIL ETC.
 10.DONE.-BASED ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES
 PROVIDED (65), 3 PARKING SPACES FOR THE DISABLED ARE
 REQUIRED. PLEASE DISCUSS WITH THE BUILDING OFFICIAL ON
 THE LOCATION OF THE SPACES DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE
 PROJECT INCLUDES TWO SEPARATE PARKING LOTS (ONE VALET
 ONLY AND ONE SELF PARKING).
 11. PARTIALLY SATISFIED. PLEASE INCLUDE DETAILS ON
 PROPOSED RACK AND LOCATION.- PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION
 TO CONFIRM COMPLIANCE WITH BICYCLE PARKING
 REQUIREMENTS. INDICATE NUMBER AND LOCATION. 1/20 SPACES
 REQUIRED.
 12. NOT SATISFIED.- PROPOSED PROJECT DOES NOT MEET THE
 MINIMUM LOADING REQURIEMENTS SPECIFIED IN TABLEXV-4. A
 VARIANCE WILL BE REQUIRED TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF
 LOADING SPACES.

 23.STAFF RECOMMENDS A NEW WINDOW TO BE ADDED ON THE
 FIRST FLOOR OF THE EXIT STAR FACING FLAGLER DRIVE TO
 MINIMIZE THE LACK OF ACTIVE USES ALONG FLAGLER DRIVE.
 24. PLEASE INCLUDE THE EXISTING CONDITIONS OF THE AREA
 INMEDIATELY NORTH OF THE PROPERTY LINE WITH THE
 WATERVIEW RESIDENTIAL BUILDING TO DETERMINE ANY IMPACTS
 ON EXISING SPACE.
