 USE. PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION INDICATING NUMBER OF
 SLIPS CURRENTLY EXISTING AND APPROVED IF NOT ALL BUILT,
 REQUIRED PARKING AND LOCATION OF MARINA PARKING ONCE
 SURFACE LOT IS REMOVED.
 2. SURVEY SHALL INCLUDE THE DIMENSION FROM BACK OF CURB
 ON FLAGLER DRIVE TO PROPERTY LINE.
 3. PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION TO CONFIRM COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE REQUIREMENT OF ONE TREE EVERY 25 FEET OF
 STREET FRONTAGE. AS THE FLAGLER DRIVE STREETSCAPE
 PATTERN IS ROYAL PALMS, THE COMPLIANCE WITH THIS
 REQUIREMENT SHALL BE TO MAINTAIN THE EXISTING ROYAL
 PALM PLANTING PATTERN, AND FILL IN THE GAPS WITH NEW
 PALMS OR REPLACING THOSE IN BAD CONDITION.
 4. PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO CONFIRM ALL
 BUILDING EQUIPMENT IS SCREENED FROM ABOVE AND BELOW.
 5. PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THE
 FINISHED MATERIAL OF ALL BUILDING ROOFS, INCLUDING POOL
 DECK AND ANY CANOPIES. TAT, TAR AND GRAVEL OR BALLAST
 SHALL NOT BE UTILIZED AS FINISHING MATERIALS.
 6. PLEASE REVISE PARKING DATA TO REFLECT THE PARKING
 REQUIREMENTS FOR A HOTEL WITHIN A SPECIAL DISTRICT
 ACCORDING TO TABLE IV-9 IN ARTICLE IV OF THE ZONING
 CODE. PARKING CALCULATIONS SHALL BE BASED ON NET
 INTERIOR AREA WHEN REQUIREMENT IS BASED ON SQUARE
 FOOTAGE.
 7. ALL PARKING SPACES SHALL BE STRIPED FOLLOWING CITY
 STANDARDS.
 8. PROJECT COMPLIES WITH MINIMUM REQUIRED PARKING,
 PLEASE REMOVE NOTE REGARDING PAYMENT IN LIEU FROM
 PARKING TABLE. 10% REDUCTION ON PARKING REQUIREMENT IS
 NOT APPLICABLE TO HOTEL USES, PLEASE REMOVE NOTE FROM
 TABLE.
 9. PLEASE PROVIDE DETAIL DRAWINGS FOR THE TWO PARKING
 AREAS INCLUDING DIMENSIONS FOR PARKING SPACES AND DRIVE
 AISLES, STRIPING DETAIL, WHEEL STOPS OR CONTINUOUS CURB
 DETAIL ETC.
 10.BASED ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES PROVIDED
 (65), 3 PARKING SPACES FOR THE DISABLED ARE REQUIRED.
 PLEASE DISCUSS WITH THE BUILDING OFFICIAL ON THE
 LOCATION OF THE SPACES DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE PROJECT
 INCLUDES TWO SEPARATE PARKING LOTS (ONE VALET ONLY AND
 ONE SELF PARKING).
 11.PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION TO CONFIRM COMPLIANCE
 WITH BICYCLE PARKING REQUIREMENTS. INDICATE NUMBER AND
 LOCATION. 1/20 SPACES REQUIRED.
 12. PROPOSED PROJECT DOES NOT MEET THE MINIMUM LOADING
 REQURIEMENTS SPECIFIED IN TABLEXV-4. A VARIANCE WILL BE
 REQUIRED TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF LOADING SPACES.
 13. PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION TO CONFIRM COMPLIANCE
 WITH MINIMUM REQUIRED SETBACKS ALONG ALL SIDES.
 INDICATE DIMENSION FROM BACK OF CURB OR PROPERTY LINES
 WHEN APPLICABLE.
 14. PLEASE INDICATE PROPERTY LINES IN ALL FLOOR PLANS
 AND ELEVATIONS.
 15. PLEASE INCLUDE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE AND PERCENTAGES
 ON GRAPHIC INCLUDED IN SHEET A0.0.04 TO ILLUSTRATE
 COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM REQUIRED OPEN SPACE AREA,
 MINIMUM PLAZA AREA, AND MINIMUM LANDSCAPE AREAS. PLEASE
 PROVIDE A CADD DRAWING OF THIS SHEET TO ALLOW
 MEASUREMENTS.
 16. PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL DETAIL FOR THE SERVICE
 AREA, INCLUDING EXACT LOCATION OF DUMPSTER AND ITS
 SCREENING.
 17. PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION TO CONFIRM COMPLIANCE
 WITH PLAZA REQUIREMENTS IN SEC 94-444.
 18. PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR PROPOSED
 LANDSCAPE AND HARDSCAPE OF THE PROPOSED PLAZA.
