 1.) PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL PLANS ARE CONSISTENT WITH
 ANY CHANGES MADE TO THE PLANS.
  
 2.) A RE-PLAT OF THE PROPERTY WILL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO
 THE ISSUANCE OF THE C.O. FOR THE EXPANSION.
  
 3.) CROSSWALK STRIPING ON BISCAYNE DRIVE WILL REQUIRE A
 PERMIT FROM THE ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
  
  
 SITE PLAN COMMENTS:
  
 1.) IS THERE AN ALTERNATIVE LOCATION FOR THE DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE SHOULD IT BE REMOVED FROM THE 20 FT. UTILITY
 EASEMENT?
  
 2.) DUMPSTER DETAIL IS MISSING FROM THE REGULATING PLAN
 (SHEET SP-2).
  
 3.) BICYCLE RACK DETAIL DOES NOT MATCH THE SITE PLAN.
 THE APPLICANT MAY ALSO WANT TO ORIENTATE THE RACK SO
 THAT IT IS PARALLEL WITH THE STREET FOR EASE OF USE.
  
 4.) BICYCLE RACK DETAIL IN THE REGULATING PLAN (SHEET
 SP-2) DOES NOT HAVE ALL THE DIMENSIONS TO DEMONSTRATE
 THAT THE PAD AND RACK IS CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S
 BICYCLE DESIGN STANDARDS.
  
 5.) THE REGULATING PLAN (SHEET SP-2) SHOWS A DETAIL FOR
 A 6 FT. HIGH DECORATIVE FENCE; HOWEVER, THIS FENCE
 CANNOT BE LOCATED IN THE SITE PLAN. PLEASE SHOW WHERE
 THE FENCE IS LOCATED OR REMOVE THE DETAIL FROM THE
 REGULATING PLAN.
  
 6.) THE PROPOSED FAR IN THE SITE DATA TABULAR IS
 INCONSISTENT WITH THE PROPOSED FAR IN THE DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS TABLE. PLEASE ADDRESS FOR CONSISTENCY (THE
 CORRECT PROPOSED FAR IS 0.61)
  
 7.) BASED ON STAFF'S CALCULATION, THE PROPOSED BUILDING
 COVERAGE IS 46 PERCENT (WITHOUT THE 1,600 SQ. FT.
 CANOPY). PLEASE CORRECT IN THE SITE DATA AND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS TABLES FOR CONSISTENCY. ALSO,
 PLEASE SHOW WHERE THE 1,600 SQ. FT. CANOPY IS LOCATED
 IN THE SITE PLAN.
  
 8.) PHOTOMETRIC PLAN STILL DOES NOT SHOW LIGHT
 SPILLOVER BEYOND THE PROPERTY LINE. PLEASE ADDRESS.
  
 9.) CLARIFY AND CORRECT IN THE REGULATING PLAN IF THE
 DETAIL FOR THE LIGHT POLE LOCATION DETAIL (EAST PARKING
 LOT) IS FOR THE TWO SOUTH END PARKING LOTS.
  
 10.) WILL THE EXISTING GREASE TRAPS, LOCATED IN THE
 STUDENT DROP OFF/PICK UP AREA BE REMOVED? PLEASE
 PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND/OR NOTATE IF THE
 INTENT IS TO LEAVE THE GREASE TRAPS.
  
 11.) NORTH ARROW IS MISSING FROM THE PHOTOMETRIC PLAN.
  
 12.) REVISE THE HEIGHT OF THE PROPOSED BUILDING TO THE
 TOP OF THE PARAPET WALL (LOCATED ON THE ROOFTOP OF THE
 BUILDING). PLEASE ENSURE THE CHANGE TO THE HEIGHT IS
 REFLECTED IN ALL PLANS.

 * PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN
 WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 * WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF SIX
 (6) PAPER COPIES, ONE (1) REDUCED COPY IN 8.5 INCHES X
 11 INCHES AND ONE (1) SET IN 11 INCHES X 17 INCHES, AND
 AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT
 CHANGES ON THE RESUBMITTED PLANS MAY RESULT IN
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 * PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20 PERCENT OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE
 ($200.00).
