 1.) ANY REFERENCE TO THE "ALLEY" SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM
 THE PLANS UPON THE APPROVAL OF ORD. 4702-17 AND RESO.
 106-17.
  
 2.) PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL PLANS ARE CONSISTENT WITH
 ANY CHANGES MADE TO THE PLANS.
  
 3.) A RE-PLAT OF THE PROPERTY WILL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO
 THE ISSUANCE OF THE C.O. FOR THE EXPANSION.
  
  
 SITE PLAN COMMENTS:
  
 1.) REVISED COMMENT #2: RELOCATE THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE
 FROM THE 20 FT. UTILITY EASEMENT ALONG THE WEST
 PROPERTY LINE OR PROVIDE WRITTEN CONSENT FROM THE
 UTILITY PROVIDER(S) THAT THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE CAN BE
 LOCATED WITHIN THE EASEMENT.
  
 2.) REVISED COMMENT #4: THE CANOPIED PRE-K PLAY AREA
 HAS BEEN RELOCATED FROM THE PREVIOUS SUBMITTAL. IS
 THERE STILL A 4 FT. HIGH DECORATIVE FENCE AROUND THE
 PLAY AREA? IF SO, PLEASE ILLUSTRATE. THE PLANS INDICATE
 THAT THERE IS NO FENCE AROUND THE PLAY AREA.
  
 3.) REVISED COMMENT #6: BICYCLE RACK DETAIL STILL DOES
 NOT MATCH THE PLANS. PLEASE ADDRESS FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
 4.) REVISED COMMENT #8: PROPOSED HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING
 IS STILL MISSING FROM THE SITE DATA TABULAR.
  
 5.) CHECK CALCULATIONS FOR THE TOTAL SITE AREA AND
 TOTAL GROSS FLOOR AREA. CALCULATIONS DO NOT SEEM TO ADD
 UP.
  
 6.) TEN (10) VISITOR PARKING SPACES ARE REQUIRED (ONLY
 4 VISITOR PARKING SPACES PROVIDED). [ZLDR S.94-486]
  
 7.) PURSUANT TO ZLDR S.94-486 TABLE XV-6, THE MINIMUM
 NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES REQUIRED FOR THE USE IS 34
 PARKING SPACES (1 SPACE/STAFF MEMBER + 10 GUEST PARKING
 SPACES). THE PROJECT DOES NOT MEET THE MINIMUM PARKING
 REQUIREMENT FOR THE PROJECT. PLEASE ADDRESS.
  
 8.) PROVIDE DETAIL (I.E. HEIGHT) ON THE PROPOSED
 TRELLIS.
  
 9.) THERE SEEMS TO BE AN OUTDOOR KITCHEN INCLUDED IN
 THE LATEST SUBMITTAL. PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION AND DETAILS ON THE PROPOSED OUTDOOR
 KITCHEN.
  
 10.) SHOW LIGHT SPILLOVER JUST BEYOND THE PROPERTY LINE
 IN THE PHOTOMETRIC PLAN.
  
  
 ARCHITECTURAL PLANS (FLOOR PLAN AND ELEVATIONS)
  
 1.) CHECK THE BUILDING HEIGHT PROVIDED IN THE
 ELEVATIONS. INCLUDE THE HEIGHT OF THE ROOFTOP WALL. THE
 ELEVATIONS SEEM TO INDICATE THAT THE BUILDING IS
 APPROXIMATELY 133 FT. TALL? PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 2.) FINAL ARCHITECTURAL PLANS SHALL BE DESIGNED, DATED
 AND SEALED BY A FLORIDA REGISTERED ARCHITECT.
  
  
 INSTRUCTIONS FOR RESUBMITTAL:
  
 * PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN
 WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 * WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF SIX
 (6) PAPER COPIES, ONE (1) REDUCED COPY IN 8.5 INCHES X
 11 INCHES AND ONE (1) SET IN 11 INCHES X 17 INCHES, AND
 AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT
 CHANGES ON THE RESUBMITTED PLANS MAY RESULT IN
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 * PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20 PERCENT OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE
