 1.) THE PROPOSED EXPANSION IS CONTINGENT ON THE
 APPROVAL OF THE ALLEYWAY ABANDONMENT BETWEEN FLAMINGO
 DRIVE AND BISCAYNE DRIVE. THE APPLICATION FOR THE
 ABANDONMENT IS CURRENTLY PENDING WITH THE PLANNING
 DIVISION (REFERENCE CASE NO. PB 1720).
  
  
 SITE PLAN COMMENTS:
  
 1.) THE PROPOSED PLAN NOW SHOWS TANDEM PARKING IN THE
 SOUTHWEST PARKING LOT. TANDEM PARKING IS NOT PERMITTED
 OUTSIDE THE DOWNTOWN MASTER PLAN (DMP) AREA. PLEASE
 ADDRESS.
  
 2.) SHOW THE 10 FT. WIDE FPL UTILITY EASEMENT IN THE
 PLAN.
  
 3.) WHERE ARE THE A/C UNITS LOCATED? IF LOCATED ON THE
 GROUND LEVEL, THE A/C UNITS WILL NEED TO COMPLY WITH
 THE SETBACK REQUIREMENTS OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS). COMPLETE SCREENING OF
 THE EQUIPMENT WILL NEED TO BE PROVIDED IF THE UNITS ARE
 LOCATED ON THE ROOFTOP OF THE BUILDING (I.E. USE OF
 PARAPETS TO SCREEN THE A/C UNITS FROM VIEW).
  
 4.) CLEARLY SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED 4 FT.
 HIGH DECORATIVE FENCE AROUND THE PRE-K CANOPIED PLAY
 AREA. IT IS NOT CLEAR TO HOW FAR THE FENCE EXTENDS.
  
 5.) RELOCATE THE BICYCLE PARKING TO A MORE VISIBLE,
 EASILY ACCESSIBLE LOCATION ON THE SCHOOL SITE (I.E.
 NEAR THE ENTRANCE ON FLAMINGO DRIVE IN THE DROP-OFF AND
 PICK-UP AREA).
  
 6.) THE BICYCLE RACK DETAIL ON SHEET SP-2 SHOWS A HEDGE
 AROUND THE PAD; HOWEVER, THIS IS NOT ILLUSTRATED IN THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN. THE DETAIL MUST MATCH ALL PLANS. PLEASE
 ADDRESS.
  
 7.) THE TWO (2) ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES LOCATED NEXT
 TO THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE SHALL BE RELOCATED CLOSER TO
 THE ENTRANCE OF THE SCHOOL BUILDING. [ZLDR S.94-485(O)]
  
 8.) PLEASE MAKE THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS TO THE SITE
 DATA TABULAR: PROJECT NO.: ISPR 16-01B/Z16110015;
 BUILDING HEIGHT (MAX. 50'): PLEASE PROVIDE THE OVERALL
 HEIGHT OF THE SCHOOL STRUCTURE; BICYCLE PARKING
 PROPOSED: 2 (NOT 6 ACCORDING TO THE SITE PLAN)
  
 9.) PLEASE MAKE THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS IN THE
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS TABULAR: MINIMUM OPEN SPACE
 REQUIREMENT IS 40% (NOT 32%)
  
 10.) REVIEW THE PARKING COUNT FOR THE PROJECT. THE
 PARKING PROVIDED IN THE SITE DATA TABULAR DOES NOT
 MATCH THE NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES PROVIDED IN THE SITE
 PLAN.
  
  
 ARCHITECTURAL PLANS (FLOOR PLAN AND ELEVATIONS):
  
 1.) CONSIDER ADDING ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS ON THE
 BUILDING FACADES TO BREAK UP THE BLANK WALLS.
  
 2.) PLEASE PROVIDE COLORED ELEVATIONS.
  
 3.) FINAL ARCHITECTURAL PLANS SHALL BE SIGNED, DATED
 AND SEALED BY A FLORIDA LICENSED ARCHITECT.
  
  
 LIGHTING/PHOTOMETRICS:
  
 1.) PROVIDE AN UPDATED PHOTOMETRIC PLAN FOR THE
 PROJECT.
  
 2.) HOW TALL ARE THE PARKING LOT LIGHT FIXTURES?
 PROVIDE A DETAIL.
  
  
 INSTRUCTIONS FOR RESUBMITTAL:
  
 * PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN
 WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 * WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF TEN
 (10) COPIES, ONE (1) REDUCED COPY (8.5 BY 11), AND AN
 ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PNG FORMAT OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT RE-SUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 * PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% ($200) OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
