 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION ON THE INSTALLATION AND
 COMPLETION OF THE APPROVED AND PERMITTED LANDSCAPING
 FOR THE CO OF THE EXISTING BUILDING, AND HOW THE TIMING
 OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF THIS ADDITION WOULD BE
 COORDINATED.
  
 2. PLEASE SHOW THE BUFFER PLANTINGS ALONG THE WEST
 PROPERTY LINE AS PREVIOUSLY APPROVED, AND LABEL ALL
 LANDSCAPE BUFFERS.
  
 3. PLEASE CORRECT THE FOUNDATION PLANTING CALCULATION
 TO REFLECT THE PERCENTAGE OF THE ENTIRE BUILDING FOR
 REQUIRED AND PROVIDED LINEAR FOOTAGE TO MEET THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 94-443(E)(1).
  
 4. PLEASE PROVIDE A STATUS UPDATE ON CONDITION #2 OF
 THE CURRENT APPROVAL REGARDING STREET TREES ON DIXIE.
  
 5. PLEASE PROVIDE LOCATIONS OF LIGHTING ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN TO AVOID CONFLICTS WITH LANDSCAPING.
  
 6. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT
 INFRASTRUCTURE AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS. THIS INCLUDES
 WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE, SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY
 FIELD STRUCTURES THAT COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
  
 7. PLEASE REMOVE THE REFERENCE TO THE OAK TREE IN THE
 RIGHT OF WAY AT THE SOUTH SIDE OF BISCAYNE DRIVE, AS IT
 HAS BEEN REMOVED.
 PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION MAY BE
 REQUESTED, AND STAFF MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS AS
 THE REVIEW PROCESS CONTINUES.
