 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
  
 1. SATISFIED. PLEASE ADD THE REQUIRED TERMINAL
 LANDSCAPE ISLAND AND TREE AT THE END OF THE ROW OF
 PARKING ADJACENT TO THE SEATING AREA.
  
 2. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF ROOT
 BARRIERS TO PROTECT INFRASTRUCTURE AND TREES FROM
 CONFLICTS. THIS INCLUDES WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE,
 SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY FIELD STRUCTURES THAT
 COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
  
 THREE MONTGOMERY PALMS ARE SHOWN DIRECTLY ON TOP OF
 WATER SERVICE ON THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING. ONE
 MONTGOMERY PALM BETWEEN THE PATIO AND LOADING ZONE IS
 SHOWN CLOSE TO THE SEWER LINE. PLEASE REVISE TO ADJUST
 LOCATIONS TO AVOID CONFLICTS AND ADD ROOT BARRIER WHERE
 NEEDED.
  
 3. SATISFIED. THERE APPEARS TO BE A MISSING ROYAL PALM
 IN THE RIGHT OF WAY ADJACENT TO THE FRONT OF THE NEW
 BUILDING THAT MUST BE REPLACED.
  
 4. NOT SATISFIED. ALL MISSING LANDSCAPING, PARTICULARLY
 REQUIRED TREES MUST BE REPLACED, AND ANY CHANGE IN
 SPECIES MAY BE ESTABLISHED AT THIS TIME.
  
 PLEASE REVISE THE PLAN SHEET MSP-3 TO SHOW REQUIRED
 TREES FOR THE LANDSCAPE ISLANDS IMMEDIATELY ADJACENT TO
 THE PROPOSED PARKING AREA. THE TREES SHOULD ALSO BE
 SHADOWED IN ON L1.00.
