 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A CHART IDENTIFYING
 EXISTING TREES ON THE PROPERTY AND INDICATE THE
 SPECIES, CANOPY SIZE, AND IF THEY WILL BE REMOVED,
 RELOCATED, OR REMAIN. INVASIVE EXOTICS ARE REQUIRED TO
 BE REMOVED PRIOR TO THE FIRST CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
 PER SECTION 94-448(F)(11).
 PLEASE PROVIDE A MITIGATION CHART FOR THE EXISTING
 TREES ON THE PROPERTY BASED ON THE TREE SURVEY.
  
 2. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A 10 FOOT LANDSCAPE BUFFER
 ADJACENT TO AUSTRALIAN AVENUE PER SECTION 94-443(D).
 PROVIDE A 5 FOOT LANDSCAPE BUFFER ON ALL OTHER NON
 RIGHT OF WAY SIDES. INDICATE AND LABEL THE LANDSCAPE
 BUFFERS ON THE LANDSCAPE AND SITE PLAN.
  
 PLEASE INDICATE AND LABEL ALL LANDSCAPE BUFFERS WIDTHS
 ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 3. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A COLUMN ON THE PLANT LIST
 SHOWING DROUGHT TOLERANCE LEVELS INDICATED IN
 WATERWISE, THE SOUTH FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT
 PLANT AND LANDSCAPE PRACTICES GUIDE AS SPECIFIED IN
 SECTION 94-446(G). PLEASE REVISE AND RECALCULATE TO
 CONFIRM PERCENTAGES FOR POINTS CLAIMED.
  
 4. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW THE TOTAL NUMBER OF PARKING
 SPACES PROVIDED ON THE SITE PLAN DATA CHART AND USE
 THIS NUMBER FOR THE CALCULATION OF LANDSCAPE AREA
 REQUIRED PER SECTION 94-443(C)(3).

 FEET FOR EACH 100 SQUARE FEET OF OTHER PAVED AREAS
 ADDITIONAL TO PARKING SPACES.

 CLUBHOUSE AND 12 UNIT BUILDING SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH
 SECTION 94-443(D)(2)B. PROVIDING 40 PERCENT OF THE
 LINEAR FEET AROUND THE BUILDING AS LANDSCAPED.
 PLEASE PROVIDE THE CALCULATIONS FOR REQUIRED AND
 PROVIDED LINEAR FEET FOR EACH BUILDING AN SHEET L-4.
  
 8. SATISFIED. PLEASE CORRECT THE APPLICATION COLUMN
 CALCULATION FOR REQUIRED SHRUBS TO 1/500 SQ FT OF
 REQUIRED OPEN SPACE.
  
 9. SATISFIED. PLEASE CORRECT THE LANDSCAPE CODE
 REQUIREMENT CHART TO REFLECT THE CORRECT NUMBER OF
 BUFFER TREES FOR EACH BUFFER SECTION, AND PROVIDE THE
 PLACEMENT OF THE BUFFER TREES EVERY 30 FEET ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
  
 10. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE TREES IN ALL TERMINAL
 ISLANDS IN PARKING AREAS PER SECTION 94-443 (C)(3)A.
  
 11. SATISFIED. THE MINIMUM WIDTH OF DIVIDER ISLANDS OF
 5 FOOT LANDSCAPE AREAS, AND LANDSCAPE BUFFER STRIPS
 CANNOT INCLUDE VEHICLE OVERHANG AREAS.
  
 12. WITHDRAWN. IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE LAKE MAINTENANCE
 AREA WILL BE EXPLORED TO INCLUDE PLANTING OF TREES.
  
 13. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE INCLUDE A ROOT BARRIER DETAIL
 AND SHOW LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT
 INFRASTRUCTURE AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS. THIS INCLUDES
 WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE, SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY
 FIELD STRUCTURES THAT COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
  
 PLEASE SHOW ALL UTILITIES INCLUDING WATER, SEWER, AND
 FPL TRANSFORMERS ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN. ADJUST UTILITY
 LOCATIONS TO AVOID REQUIRED TREES. PLEASE INCREASE PLAN
 SCALE TO 1:20.
  
 14. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL
 GROUND MOUNTED EQUIPMENT AND UTILITIES. PROVIDE
 LANDSCAPE SCREENING AND LOCATION FOR ANY LIFT STATION.
  
 PLEASE SHOW ALL UTILITIES INCLUDING WATER, SEWER, AND
 FPL TRANSFORMERS ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN. ADJUST UTILITY
 LOCATIONS TO AVOID REQUIRED TREES. PLEASE INCREASE PLAN

 PROPOSED PARK AREA MEETING THE LANDSCAPE CODE
 REQUIREMENTS.
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 12/8/16:
 17. NOT SATISFIED. ADJUST LOCATIONS OF REQUIRED TREES
 NEAR DUMPSTERS, OR PROVIDE EQUIVALENT PALM SUBSTITUTE
 TO AVOID CONFLICT WITH THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE GARBAGE
 TRUCK EMPTYING THE DUMPSTERS.
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1/20/17:
 18. PLEASE PROVIDE CALCULATIONS TO SHOW EACH BUILDING
 MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 94-443(D)(2)B, AT
 LEAST 40 PERCENT OF THE LINEAR FEET AROUND THE EXTERIOR
 OF ALL STRUCTURES SHALL BE PLANTED WITH TREES, SHRUBS
 OR HEDGES.
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
