 2ND REVIEW RESPONSE: PASSED WITH CONDITION
 DATE: DECEMBER 30, 2016
  
 AFTER A REVIEWING THE REVISED PLANS AND THE RESPONSES
 TO THE PREVIOUS PPRC COMMENTS (RECEIVED ON 11/30/2016),
 IT APPEARS THAT SOME OF THE COMMENTS HAVE BEEN
 ACKNOWLEDGED. HOWEVER, THESE ACKNOWLEDGED COMMENTS
 ALONG WITH THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE EXPECTED TO BE
 ADDRESSED DURING 'ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION'
 PHASE PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATION
 INCLUDING BUILDING PERMITS AND ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT
 APPROVAL:
  
 2. SUBMITTED 'TRAFFIC STUDY' IS BEING REVIEWED;
  
 3. SUBMITTED 'CONSENT OF ADJOINING PROPERTY FOR
 DRAINAGE' IS BEING REVIEWED;
  
 6. CAUTION! FROM THE SUBMITTED 'AUTOTURN ANALYSIS' I.E.
 'DUMPSTER AUTOTURN EXHIBIT' IT SEEMS LIKE THAT THE
 FRONTEND LOADER GARBAGE TRUCK MAY HAVE DIFFICULTY TO
 MANEUVER TO GET TO THE DUMPSTERS LOCATED TO THE SOUTH
 OF THE BLDG. NO. 2170 AND NEXT TO THE BLDG. 2180. MAY
 BE THEY WILL REQUIRE TO BE PLACED AT A DIFFERENT ANGLE
 WHICH MAY CAUSE TO LOSE THE PARKING SPACE/S NEXT TO
 THEM. THE DUMPSTER LOCATED JUST NORTH OF THE BLDG. NO.
 2200 (SIX-STORY) MAY NEED TO BE SHIFTED TO FURTHER
 NORTH. PLEASE REVIEW AND REVISE PLAN AS NECESSARY PRIOR
 TO SITE PLAN APPROVAL;
  
 7. SANITARY SEWER MANHOLE CALLED OUT AS 'CITY'S POINT
 OF SERVICE' IS NEITHER LOCATED WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY
 NOR AT THE PROPERTY LINE INSTEAD IT IS SHOWN TO BE
 INSIDE THE PRIVATE PROPERTY. PLEASE REVISE;
  
 8. LANDSCAPE PLAN HAS NOT BEEN REVISED TO SHOW
 LOCATIONS OF ALL WATER METERS, VALVES, CLEAN-OUTS,
 LIGHT POLES, ETC. NOTE ON THE PLANS: 'ROOT BARRIERS MAY
 BE REQUIRED WHERE PLANTINGS ARE NEAR UNDERGROUND
 STORMWATER, SANITARY, OR POTABLE WATER LINES';
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO
 ISSUANCE OF CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATION INCLUDING
 BUILDING PERMITS AND ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL:
  
 3. SUBMIT A COPY OF THE STORMWATER PERMIT ISSUED BY THE
 SFWMD (#50-03247) AT THE TIME OF SUBMITTING THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION;
  
 5. SHOW DISTANCE TO THE CLOSEST FIRE HYDRANT ON
 AUSTRALIAN AVENUE ON THE 'WATER AND SEWER PLANS'. NOW
 IT IS SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN ONLY;
  
 6. CALCULATIONS FOR WATER AND SANITARY SEWER DEMANDS
 (AVERAGE AND PEAK) HAVE BEEN PROVIDED BUT MORE DETAILED
 INFORMATION IS NEEDED WITH THE FINAL PLANS. WHILE
 SUBMITTING THE ?ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION?,
 SUBMIT SIGNED & SEALED ENGINEER/MEP WATER CALCULATIONS
 (AVERAGE AND PEAK) WITH PEAKING FACTOR TO VALIDATE
 METER SIZING/SELECTION AND SERVICE SIZING. SHOW THESE
 CALCULATIONS ON THE PLAN SHEET AS WELL;
  
 10. DIRECTION OF FLOW FOR THE EXISTING SANITARY SEWER
 IS NOT SHOWN ON THE REVISED WATER AND SEWER PLANS;
  
 11. RIGHT-OF-WAY LINES ARE NOT SHOWN OR LABELED ON THE
 REVISED WATER AND SEWER PLANS;
  
 12. PROPOSED MANHOLE SHOWN AS THE ?CITY'S
 POINT-OF-SERVICE? FOR SANITARY SEWER IS INSIDE THE
 PROPERTY NOT WITHIN THE WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY. ALSO
 ALL PROPOSED ONSITE SANITARY SERVICE NEED TO BE SHOWN
 AS PRIVATE;
