 THE LAKE PATH ALONG LAKE MANGONIA SHALL REMAIN OPEN TO

 2. AN 8-FOOT WIDE LAKE PATH SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE PLANS
 AND CONSTRUCTED PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF ANY BUILDING
 PERMIT
  
 3. PARKING WAIVER SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS;
 APPLICANT HAS MET 2 OF THE 3 REQUIREMENTS FOR A PARKING
 WAIVER (SEC. 94-207(13))
  
 4. PROVIDE PEDESTRIAN CONNECTIONS FROM PARKING SPACES
 FRONTING AUSTRALIAN AVE TO APARTMENT BUILDINGS
  
 5. ENHANCE INTERNAL PEDESTRIAN CIRCULATION AND

 7. PROVIDE REQUIRED TRAFFIC LETTER FROM THE PALM BEACH
 COUNTY TRAFFIC DIVISION (SEE DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION)
  
 8. PROVIDE REQUIRED PUBLIC UTILITY LETTERS CONFIRMING
 THAT THE PROPOSED PROJECT DOES NOT ENCROACH INTO THEIR
 EASEMENTS OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF
 THEIR SERVICES (SEE DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION)
  
 9. REMOVE ALL AUSTRALIAN PINES ON SITE AND REPLACE WITH
 NON-INVASIVE NON-EXOTIC SPECIES
  
 10. WITHIN 24 MONTHS FOLLOWING THE ISSUANCE OF THE LAST
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY, IF A TRAFFIC WARRANT STUDY
 DETERMINES THAT A TRAFFIC LIGHT IS WARRANTED AT THE
 INTERSECTION OF AUSTRALIAN AVENUE AND THE PRIMARY
 INGRESS/EGRESS LOCATION FOR REDEMPTIVE LIFE, SUCH A
 LIGHT SHALL BE INSTALLED AT THE EXPENSE OF THE
 DEVELOPER

 - THE PPRC COMMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED AND
 SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING DIVISION BY 5 PM ON FRIDAY,
 NOVEMBER 25, 2016 TO BE ELIGIBLE TO BE SCHEDULED FOR
 THE JANUARY 18, 2017 PLANNING BOARD MEETING.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE PPRC MEETING (BY 1/9/17), THE CASE SHALL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION SHALL REQUIRE
 A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
