 (5) PAPER COPIES AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PDF FORMAT
 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC MEETING (BY AUGUST 14, 2017),
 THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER
 ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) REVISED COMMENT: THE ALTA SURVEY THAT WAS PROVIDED
 ONLY SHOWS THE WESTERN PORTION OF THE SITE. THE EASTERN
 SIDE OF THE SITE WHERE THE ADDITIONAL PARKING IS BEING
 PROPOSED WAS NOT INCLUDED WITH THE RESUBMITTAL. PLEASE
 SUBMIT THE ALTA SURVEY FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE LIMITS
 OF WORK.
  
 2) THE MASTER SITE DATA TABLE NEEDS TO BE UPDATED TO
 REFLECT THAT THE MORSE HOMECARE, ATS GENERATOR BLDG,
 AND THE MECHANICAL ROOM AND OFFICE EXPANSIONS ARE NO
 LONGER "PROPOSED", BUT ARE "EXISTING/APPROVED". THE
 SUBTOTAL LINE SHOULD BE REMOVED AND JUST THE TOTAL
 BUILDING AREA LINE REMAIN (797,495 SF).
  
 3) THE AUTOTURN EXHIBIT SHOWS THAT THE WESTBOUND FIRE
 TRUCKS WILL SWING OVER THE CURBLINE AT THE NEW CORNER.
 THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWS PLANTING UP AGAINST THE CURB
 AT THIS LOCATION. PLEASE UPDATE THE LANDSCAPE PLANS TO
 SHOW THE FUTURE PLANTING BED LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE
 FIRE TRUCK SWING AREA.
  
 4) THE SITE PLAN INDICATES THAT THERE IS A SIDEWALK
 NORTH OF THE NEW PARKING ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF THE
 SITE. THIS IS NOT CLEARLY SHOWN ON THE SITE, CIVIL OR
 LANDSCAPE PLANS.
  
 A. PROVIDE DETAILS ON THE WIDTH AND MATERIAL OF THE
 SIDEWALK.
 B. PROVIDE A CROSS SECTION OF THE SIDEWALK AND ITS
 RELATIONSHIP TO THE PARKING SPACES. THE PARKING SPACES
 SHOW THE PERMITTED TWO FOOT OVERHANG, BUT THERE IS NO
 INDICATION AS TO WHAT MATERIAL IS BEING HUNG OVER. IS
 IT A WIDENED SIDEWALK (7 FEET MINIMUM REQUIRED) OR A
 LANDSCAPE STRIP? STAFF THINKS A WIDENED SIDEWALK WILL
 BE BETTER FOR LONG TERM MAINTENANCE.
  
 5) PLEASE INDICATE THE WIDTH OF THE NEW INTERIOR
 PARKING ISLANDS FOR THE PROPOSED EASTERN PARKING
 SPACES.
  
 6) WHY DO THE PROPOSED EASTERN PARKING SPACES NOT
 OVERHANG THE MEDIAN AND INSTEAD USE WHEEL STOPS?
  
 7) THE TWO INTERIOR LANDSCAPE ISLANDS ALONG THE
 NORTHERN PARKING ROW WHICH HAVE THE SIDEWALKS ARE
 MISSING THE REQUIRED ISLAND TREES.
  
 8) PLEASE EXPLAIN THE HOURGLASS SYMBOL THAT IS SHOWN ON
 SHEET L203 IN THE INTERIOR LANDSCAPE ISLAND (CONTAINING
 THE SIDEWALK BUT NO TREE). THIS DOES NOT SHOW UP ON THE
 SITE OR CIVIL PLANS. ALL PLANS NEED TO SHOW THE SAME
 CONDITIONS.
