 - WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF FIVE
 (5) PAPER COPIES AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PDF FORMAT
 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC MEETING (BY JANUARY 9, 2017),
 THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER
 ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) PROVIDE AN ALTA SURVEY FOR THE AFFECTED AREA OF THE
 SITE.
  
 2) THE PORTION OF LORING DRIVE THAT IS PROPOSED TO BE
 RELOCATED AS PART OF THIS AMENDMENT IS A PLATTED TRACT
 S-1 ON THE MORSE SENIORS CAMPUS PLAT. THIS TRACT IS
 DEDICATED FOR PRIVATE ROAD PURPOSES. THE AREA THAT IS
 PROPOSED FOR THE RELOCATION IS PART OF TRACT O-1, WHICH
 IS DEDICATED FOR OPEN SPACE PURPOSES. THE PLAT SHALL BE
 CORRECTED TO MATCH THE NEW DRIVEWAY TRACT
 CONFIGURATION.
  
 3) THE JUNE 23, 2015 MINOR AMENDMENT SITE PLAN SHALL BE
 USED AS THE BASE FOR THIS AMENDMENT. THE PARKING AREA
 IN THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SITE AS WELL AS THE
 PARKING CALCULATION AND BUILDING DATA TABLES DO NOT
 MATCH THE JUNE 23, 2016 APPROVED PLANS. IF THERE ARE
 CHANGES BEING PROPOSED OTHER THAN THE ROAD REALIGNMENT,
 THESE SHALL BE CLEARLY LISTED IN THE JUSTIFICATION
 STATEMENT SO THAT STAFF CAN REVIEW THEIR IMPACTS ON THE
 SITE LAYOUT AND CODE COMPLIANCE.
