| | SERVICES DIVISION MUST GRANT SPECIFIC APPROVAL FOR THE |
| | LOW FREESTANDING SIGN WITHIN THE DRAINAGE EASEMENT |
| | VERIFYING THAT THE SIGN DOES NOT INTERRUPT THE FUNCTION |
| | OF THE EASEMENT. ADDITIONALLY, THE INSTALLATION OF THE |
| | SIGN FOUNDATION SHALL NOT DAMAGE THE ROOT SYSTEM OF THE |
| | ADJACENT, EXISTING TREE. |
