 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THESE COMMENT (BY APRIL 22, 2017), THE
 CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION
 SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 ADDITIONAL RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF
 PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE
 SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED
 A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL
 APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) REVISED COMMENT: THE SURVEY DATED JANUARY 20, 2017,
 SHOWS THE FENCE ALONG THE SOUTHERN BOUNDARY OF THE SITE
 ON THE PROPERTY LINE (ANNE NORTON SCULPTURE GARDEN)
 IMMEDIATELY ADJACENT TO THE PEDESTRIAN PATH. THIS IS
 ALSO HOW IT IS INSTALLED IN THE FIELD. PLEASE CORRECT
 BOTH THE SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS TO SHOW ACCURATE SITE
 CONDITIONS. THE CIVIL PLAN SHOWS THIS CORRECTLY.
  
 2) UPDATED COMMENT: THE SITE DATA TABLE NEEDS TO BE
 CORRECTED AS FOLLOWS:
  
 A. EXISTING PBDA SCHOOL: FRONT SETBACK (SOUTH) AND REAR
 (NORTH). THE SETBACK DIMENSIONS NEED TO BE SWITCHED TO
 REFLECT THE CORRECT FRONT/SOUTH, REAR/NORTH SETBACKS.
  
 B. RELOCATED OUT BUILDING: THE SIDE STREET SETBACK IS
 MEASURED TO TUXEDO LANE NOT OLIVE LANE.
  
 3) PROVIDE AN UPDATED SURVEY SHOWING THE NEW PROPERTY
 BOUNDARIES AND NEW EASEMENTS BASED ON THE RECENTLY
 RECORDED PLAT. THE EXISTING SITE CONDITIONS MUST BE
 SHOWN ON THE PLAT.
  
 4) ON SHEET SP-3, IT APPEARS THAT THE WALKWAY CANOPY
 MAY OVERHANG THE NEW COCOANUT LANE RIGHT-OF-WAY, WHICH
 IS NOT PERMITTED. THIS WILL BE VERIFIED ONCE THE SURVEY
 IS REVISED BASED ON THE RECORDED PLAT. NOTE: THE CIVIL
 PLAN APPEARS TO SHOW A DIFFERENT CANOPY THAN THE SITE
 AND ARCHITECTURAL PLANS, TO INCLUDE DIFFERENT LOCATIONS
 OF THE SUPPORT POSTS AND SIDEWALK OVERHANG, WHEN
 COMPARED TO THE SITE PLAN (SEE SIDEWALK ALONG RELOCATED
 COCOANUT).
  
 5) THE FLOOR PLANS SUBMITTED ON SEPTEMBER 13, 2016 AND
 THE ELEVATIONS SUBMITTED ON NOVEMBER 11, 2016, NO
 LONGER MATCH THE PLANS SUBMITTED FOR BUILDING PERMIT.
 PLEASE SUBMIT THE MOST CURRENT FLOOR PLANS AND
 ELEVATIONS.
  
 APPROVAL CONDITIONS:
  
 A. AT TIME OF SIGN PERMITTING, THE CITY'S ENGINEERING
 SERVICES DIVISION MUST GRANT SPECIFIC APPROVAL FOR THE
 LOW FREESTANDING SIGN WITHIN THE DRAINAGE EASEMENT
 VERIFYING THAT THE SIGN DOES NOT INTERRUPT THE FUNCTION
 OF THE EASEMENT. ADDITIONALLY, THE INSTALLATION OF THE
 SIGN FOUNDATION SHALL NOT DAMAGE THE ROOT SYSTEM OF THE
 ADJACENT, EXISTING TREE.
  
 B. THE FINAL LIGHTING PLACEMENT WILL BE VERIFIED AS
 PART OF THE SITE LIGHTING BUILDING PERMIT.
