 - WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF NINE
 (9) AND AN ELECTRONIC COPIES IN PDF FORMAT OF ALL
 PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE RESUBMITTED
 PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS TO ADDRESS
 THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 - THE PPRC COMMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED AND
 SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING DIVISION BY 5 PM ON FRIDAY,
 OCTOBER 28, 2016, TO BE SCHEDULED FOR THE DECEMBER 20,
 2016 PLANNING BOARD MEETING.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THESE COMMENTS/THE PPRC MEETING (BY
 MONDAY DECEMBER 12, 2016), THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED
 WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW
 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WERE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. THE RESUBMITTAL FEE
 IS 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE. $769.00
  
 - PUBLIC HEARING NOTIFICATION SIGNAGE SHALL BE POSTED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION
 94-39(I)(5) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS.
  
 SPECIFIC COMMENTS
  
 --THE LIGHTING PLAN SHALL MEET REQUIREMENT OF
 94-207(D)(8) AS NOT TO EXCEED ONE FOOT CANDLE AT OR
 BEYOND THE BOUNDARIES OF DEVELOPMENT. SUBMITTED PLANS
 EXCEED THIS REQUIREMENT ON BOTH THE NORTH AND WEST SIDE
 OF PROPERTY.
  
 --THE LIGHTING PLAN AND SITE PLAN SHALL BE COORDINATED
 TO MEET BOTH LIGHTING REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM PARKING
 STALL DIMENSIONS. THE SIX LIGHT POLES PLACES IN PARKING
 SPOTS REDUCE THE ALREADY MINIMUM SIZED PARKING SPACES.
 PLUS, IT WOULD BE ADVISABLE TO HAVE CURB PROTECTING THE
 POLES.
  
 --THE LIGHTING PLAN LUMENS STATED ON THE LIGHTING PLAN
 USED FOR CALCULATIONS ARE LESS THAN THOSE FOUND IN THE
 MANUFACTURES SPECIFICATIONS FOR R4, R3 AND R5. IF THE
 MANUFACTURE SPECIFICATIONS LUMENS ARE USED THEN FOOT
 CANDLES EXCEEDED WILL INCREASE.
  
 --THE LIGHTING PLAN AND THE ARCHITECTURE PLANS SHALL BE
 COORDINATED SO THAT LIGHTS ARE NOT PLACED WHERE THE
 OVERHANG OF THE PORTE COHERE ARE LOCATED. PEDESTRIAN
 SCALE LIGHTING IS RECOMMENDED.
  
 --THE LIGHTING PLAN PROVIDES NO COVERAGE FOR THE
 PEDESTRIAN PATH LEADING TO THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
 PEDESTRIAN SCALE BOLLARDS ARE RECOMMENDED.
  
 --THE SITE PLAN (SP-1): PLAN -IT APPEARS AS THE
 DRAINAGE EASEMENT FROM THE SURVEY HAS BEEN MODIFIED FOR
 ENTRY DRIVE. PLEASE CONFIRM.
  
 --THE SITE PLAN (SP-1): PLAN ?CONNECT NORTH DRIVE AISLE
 TO CROSS ACCESS EASEMENT. LAW IS REVIEWING
 REQUIREMENTS.
  
 --THE SITE PLAN (SP-1): SIGN ?B? DETAIL-THE 30? POLE
 SIGN IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE INDUSTRIAL ZONING
 DISTRICT. STAFF DOES NOT SUPPORT WAIVER.
  
 --THE SITE PLAN (SP-1): PLAN PAVING, DRAINAGE AND
 WASTEWATER PLAN ?COORDINATE THE BIKE RACK LOCATION WITH
 THE SITE PLAN.
  
 --THE SITE PLAN (SP-1)- DIMENSION OVERALL SIZE OF
 BICYCLE RACK.
  
 --THE CIVIL PLAN- CORRECT BICYCLE RACK LOCATION
