 MONDAY DECEMBER 12, 2016), THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED
 WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW
 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE

 --THE LETTER SUBMITTED BY THE PALM BEACH COUNTY TRAFFIC
 DIVISION DOES NOT MEET COUNTY TRAFFIC PERFORMANCE
 STANDARDS. IN ADDITION THE LETTER INDICATED A 196 ROOM
 HOTEL. PLEASE PROVIDE PALM BEACH COUNTY TRAFFIC
 DIVISION APPROVAL LETTER AND UPDATE SITE PLAN (SP-1)
 SITE DATA IF NEEDED.
  
 --THE INTENT OF A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (94-207
 (1)) IS TO ENCOURAGE INNOVATIVE LAND PLANNING AND
 DEVELOPMENT TECHNIQUES TO CREATE MORE DESIRABLE AND
 ATTRACTIVE DEVELOPMENT IN THE CITY. PLEASE INDICATE HOW
 THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT MEETS THIS INTENT IN THE
 JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT.
  
 --ARCHITECTURAL ELEVATIONS- THE ELEVATIONS ARE LACKING
 PROPORTIONS TO CREATE A CLEAR BASE, MIDDLE AND TOP.
  
 --ARCHITECTURAL ELEVATIONS- PROVIDE CLEAR ENTRY. THE
 WINDOWS LOCATED UNDER THE PORTE COCHERE ARE THE SAME AS
 THE ROOM WINDOWS.
  
 --ARCHITECTURAL ELEVATIONS-RESOLVE RELATIONSHIP OF
 WINDOWS AND PORTE COCHERE AT TRUSS BEAMS.
  
 --ARCHITECTURAL ELEVATIONS- PROVIDE DETAIL ON
 STAIRWELLS AND IF POSSIBLE ROOF DIRECTION TO MATCH
 ENTRY.
  
 --THE JUSTIFICATION LETTER (PAGE 2, SECOND PARAGRAPH)
 INDICATES A BUFFER DETAIL IN THE LANDSCAPE PLAN THAT
 STAFF DID NOT SEE ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS. THE DETAIL IS
 EXPRESSED TO ADDRESS THE RELATIONSHIP OF THE RETAINING
 WALL THE LANDSCAPING.
  
 --AS REQUIRED IN SEC 94-207(D) (8) A LIGHTING PLAN
 SHALL BE SUBMITTED MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS.
