 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM
 THE DATE OF THESE COMMENTS (BY JUNE 18, 2017), THE CASE
 SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION SHALL
 REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60 FOR
 MINOR AMENDMENT).
  
 1) PLEASE PROVIDE AN UPDATE ON CONDITION 2.M. OF
 SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE NO. 4245-09, WHICH REQUIRES
 MEETING WITH THE ADJACENT NEIGHBORS ON THE DESIGN OF
 THE PASSIVE PARK. PLEASE NOTE THAT FINAL PARK LAYOUT,
 IF IT DIFFERS THAN WHAT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED, WILL
 REQUIRE A MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT. THE SPECIFIC TYPES
 OF BENCHES, LIGHTS, ETC. WILL BE REVIEWED AT THE TIME
 OF BUILDING PERMIT SO LONG AS THE LOCATIONS ARE
 CONSISTENT WITH THE SITE PLAN.
  
 2) THE NEWLY SHOWN THREE PARALLEL COMPACT SPACES ON
 SHEET A115 DO NOT APPEAR TO MEET THE MINIMUM
 REQUIREMENT OF 8 FEET BY 20 FEET PER SPACE. PLEASE
 INCLUDE THE DIMENSIONS ON THE PLAN.
  
 3) PLEASE PROVIDE THE BICYCLE PAD DIMENSIONS ON SHEET
 A115. THE PAD FOR THREE RACKS SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF SIX
 FEET (DEPTH) BY NINE FEET (WIDTH).
  
 4) PLEASE PROVIDE A CUT SHEET FOR THE BICYCLE STORAGE
 ROOM THAT SHOWS THE SIDE WITH THE THREE RACKS HAVING A
 MINIMUM OF SIX FEET BY NINE FEET (PLEASE BE AWARE OF
 THE DOOR SWING) AND THE TWO RACK SIDE HAVING A MINIMUM
 OF SIX FEET BY 6.5 FEET.
  
 5) CONDITION: AT TIME OF BUILDING PERMIT, PHOTOMETRIC
 PLANS SHALL BE PROVIDED THAT VERIFY THAT THERE WILL BE
 NO OFF-SITE GLARE AND THAT PROVIDES THE FOOT CANDLE
 LEVELS AT THE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LINE ON THE SOUTH
 SIDE OF THE SITE.
  
 6) CONDITION: THE INSTALLATION OF A FREESTANDING SIGN
 WILL REQUIRE THE APPROVAL OF A MINOR SITE PLAN
