 AFTER A REVIEWING THE REVISED PLANS AND THE RESPONSES
 TO THE PPRC COMMENTS (RECEIVED ON 12/21/2016), IT
 APPEARS THAT SOME OF THE PREVIOUS COMMENTS HAVE BEEN
 ACKNOWLEDGED. HOWEVER, THESE ACKNOWLEDGED COMMENTS
 ALONG WITH THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE EXPECTED TO BE
 ADDRESSED DURING 'ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION'
 PHASE PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATION
 INCLUDING BUILDING PERMITS AND ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT
 APPROVAL:
  
 5. REVISED 'UTILITY PLAN - C6.00' SHOWS A WATER
 CONNECTION COMING INSIDE THE PROPERTY FROM SOUTH
 FLAGLER DRIVE (NEAR THE THREE EXISTING WATER VALVES AND
 JUST NORTH OF THE PROPOSED 'POINT OF WATER SERVICE').
 IT NEEDS TO BE CUT AND CAPPED AND CALLED OUT SO IN THE
 PLAN, IF NOT USED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT;
 6. SIGNED & SEALED ENGINEER/MEP WATER AND SEWER DEMAND
 CALCULATIONS (AVERAGE AND PEAK) FOR METER SIZING
 SELECTION AND SERVICE SIZING NEED TO BE SUBMITTED PRIOR
 TO 'BUILDING PERMIT'. ALSO NEEDED IS CALCULATION FOR
 FIRE FLOW DEMAND;
 7. REVISED 'UTILITY PLAN' DOES NOT CONTAIN FIRE HYDRANT
 FLOW TEST DATA FROM EXISTING FIRE HYDRANT USED FOR
 DESIGN. WAS IT SUBMITTED IN A SEPARATE DOCUMENT? PLEASE
 SUBMIT THE INFORMATION WITH THE DETAIL ENGINEEING PLANS
 DURING SUBMISSION OF 'ENGINEER DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION'
 PHASE.
 10. PREVIOUS COMMENT OF: 'CITY'S RECORD INFORMATION
 SHOWS THAT FROM AN EXISTING SAN MH AT THE OLIVE AVENUE
 AND CRANENEST WAY INTERSECTION, THERE IS AN 8-INCH
 SANITARY SEWER THAT RUNS EAST FOR APPROXIMATELY 320 LF
 AND TERMINATE ON THE SUBJECT PROPERTY. THERE IS NEED TO
 TELEVISE THIS MAIN AND CALL OUT THE PIPE SECTION WITHIN
 THE R/W TO BE REMOVED IF NOT IN USE'. SUBMITTED SURVEY
 AND REVISED 'UTILITY PLAN' DOES NOT SHOW THIS LINE. IT
 HAS BEEN 'ACKNOWLEDGED' IN THE RESPONSE BUT NO PROPOSED
 PLAN IS SHOWN ON THE PLAN. PLEASE ADDRESS THIS COMMENT
 AS ADVISED;

 13. AUTOTURN ANALYSIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PLANS;
 14. PAVEMENT RESTORATION SHOWN ON THE REVISED 'UTILITY
 PLAN - C6.00' SHALL BE PER THE DETAIL P-4 I.E. 'FULL
 LANE WIDTH OF TRAVEL LANE(S) ENCROACHED BY THE TRENCH
 AREA, INCLUDING A TRANSITION AREA OF 50 FEET ON EACH
 SIDE OF THE TRENCH'. PLEASE REVISE THE PAVEMENT
 RESTORATION HATCH AREA ACCORDINGLY FOR ALL WATER AND
 SEWER CONNECTION WORK;
 15. INCLUDE THE CITY'S STANDARD DETAIL FOR PARKING
