 FOR ANGLED PARKING. REVISE DESIGN FOR PARALLEL PARKING.
 DEPTH OF STALL SHALL BE LIMITED TO 8?.
 2. ARE THE WEST PARKING SPACES ON ARKONA COURT PUBLIC
 PARKING SPACES? IF SO, IT SHOULD BE CONTAINED WITHIN
 THE RIGHTS OF WAY.
 3. WHAT TYPE OF APPROACH CONTROL (STOP OR YIELD) IS
 PROPOSED FOR THE CROSSWALK EAST WEST ON FLAGLER DRIVE?
 THIS CROSSWALK SHOULD BE UNMARKED. CONSIDER
 GUIDANCE FROM A STUDY PERFORMED FOR FHWA IN 2002 BY
 ZEGEER, STEWART, AND HUANG ENTITLED "SAFETY EFFECTS OF
 MARKED VS UNMARKED CROSSWALKS AT UNCONTROLLED
 LOCATIONS".
 4. CROSSWALK SHALL BE STAMPED ASPHALT AND NOT PAVERS. A
 MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT IS NEEDED AND SKID TESTS SHALL BE
 PERFORMED EVERY 3 YEARS BASED ON THE PERFORMANCE
 SPECIFICATIONS.
 5. AUTOTURN DRAWINGS SHOW THAT THE DRIVE AISLE NEEDED
 TO BE TWO-WAY INSTEAD OF ONE-WAY.
 6. PROVIDE RESTORATION LIMITS FOR THE WATER AND SEWER
