 BELOW ARE THE WATER AND SEWER COMMENTS FROM A CURSORY
 REVIEW OF CONCEPTUAL ENGINEERING PLAN SHEET C1.00:
  
 1. THE CITY IS EVALUATING IMPACTS TO THE WATER AND
 SEWER SYSTEMS DUE TO INCREASED DEMAND;
 2. INCLUDE APPLICABLE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH STANDARD
 WATER AND SEWER DETAILS UPDATED VERSION 2016;
 3. REFER TO THE CITY'S STANDARD DETAILS FOR ACCEPTABLE
 PLACEMENT OF PROPOSED BACKFLOW PREVENTER ASSEMBLY,
 METER BOX/VAULT, AND DOUBLE DETECTOR ASSEMBLY;
 4. SHOW ALL EXISTING UTILITIES ON OLIVE AVENUE, ARKONA
 COURT, AND FLAGLER DRIVE. PROVIDE UTILITY CROSSING INFO
 @ PROPOSED UTILITY CROSSINGS.
 5. EXISTING UTILITY SERVICE LINES, IF NOT USED BY THE
 SITE REDEVELOPMENT, ARE TO BE CUT AND CAPPED AT THE
 MAIN AND REMOVED IF LARGER THAN 2 INCHES IN DIAMETER;
 6. SUBMIT SIGNED & SEALED ENGINEER/MEP WATER AND SEWER
 DEMAND CALCULATIONS (AVERAGE AND PEAK) FOR METER SIZING
 SELECTION AND SERVICE SIZING. ALSO PROVIDE CALCULATIONS
 FOR FIRE FLOW DEMAND;
 7. PROVIDE THE FIRE HYDRANT FLOW TEST DATA FROM
 EXISTING FIRE HYDRANT USED FOR DESIGN;
 8. CALL OUT POINT OF SERVICE FOR WATER AND SEWER;
 9. CITY'S RECORD INFORMATION INDICATES THAT THE
 EXISTING WM ON OLIVE AVENUE IS 8-INCH DIP WM. PLEASE
 REVISE THE PLAN ACCORDINGLY;
 10. CITY'S RECORD INFORMATION SHOWS THAT FROM AN
 EXISTING SAN MH AT THE OLIVE AVENUE AND CRANENEST WAY
 INTERSECTION, THERE IS AN 8-INCH SAN SEWER THAT RUNS
 EAST FOR APPROXIMATELY 320 LF AND TERMINATE ON THE
 SUBJECT PROPERTY. THERE IS NEED TO TELEVISE THIS MAIN
 AND CALL OUT THE PIPE SECTION WITHIN THE R/W TO BE
 REMOVED IF NOT IN USE;
 11. THE PROPOSED 10-INCH SAN SEWER SERVICE CONNECTION
 ON FLAGLER DRIVE NEEDS TO BE PERPENDICULAR TO THE
 EXISTING SAN SEWER MAIN. ADD A SAN MH AT THE JUNCTION.
