 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE LOCATIONS OF LIGHTING ON
 THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO AVOID CONFLICTS WITH LANDSCAPING.
  
 2. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF DRAINAGE LINES
 AND STRUCTURES ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN AND RESOLVE
 CONFLICTS WITH LANDSCAPING.
  
 3. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A CHART AND ADD THE
 DROUGHT TOLERANCE LEVEL FOR EACH PLANT SPECIES ON THE
 PLANT LIST TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-442(G)
 FLORIDA FRIENDLY LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS. PLEASE LABEL
 THE SECTION IN THE CHART AS SUCH. ADDING A COLUMN
 IDENTIFYING NATIVE PLANTS IS ALSO SUGGESTED.
  
 4. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE
 AREAS BEING MODIFIED FOR THE RIGHT TURN LANE SHOWING
 ANY TREE RELOCATION OR REMOVAL, AND PROVIDING
 INFORMATION ON HOW THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPING WILL BE
 EQUIVALENT TO THE EXISTING APPROVED LANDSCAPING IN THE
 AFFECTED AREAS.
  
 5. CONDITIONALLY SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A PROJECTED
 DATE FOR COMPLETION OF THE MITIGATION DUE FOR THE TREE
 CANOPY. STAFF WILL THEN DETERMINE OPTIONS AVAILABLE FOR
 REPLACEMENT ON SITE OR PAYMENT IN LIEU.
  
 6. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW THE FENCE AROUND THE NEW
 RETENTION AREA AT THE PROPERTY LINE ON THE NORTH AND
 SOUTH SIDES, THERE ARE CONCERNS ABOUT LANDSCAPE
 MAINTENANCE. THE HEDGE SHOULD THEN BE ADJUSTED TO BE IN
 LINE WITH THE INTERIOR OF THE FENCE, AND THE MULCH PAT
 ADJUSTED TO NOT ENCROACH INTO THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER.
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
 2. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF ANY PERMITS FOR THE
 CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW DRAINAGE AREA APPROVED WITH
 THIS PETITION, THE APPLICANT SHALL CALCULATE THE VALUE
 OF THE TREE CANOPY TO BE MITIGATED TO BE APPROVED BY
 THE PLANNING AND ZONING ADMINISTRATOR, AND ENTER INTO
 AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY TO PROVIDE AN ESCROW ACCOUNT
 FOR THE AMOUNT DUE WITH THE DUE DATE AND TERMS FOR
 CREDITS OF TREES MITIGATED DURING FUTURE CONSTRUCTION.
