 OCTOBER 21, 2016
 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A SITE DATA CHART ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN TO REFLECT THE REQUIRED, APPROVED, AND
 PROVIDED OPEN SPACE AND LANDSCAPE AREA IN SQUARE
 FOOTAGE.
  
 2. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A SITE DATA CHART ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN TO REFLECT THE REQUIRED, APPROVED, AND
 PROVIDED NUMBER OF TREES, FLOWERING TREES AND SHRUBS
 BASED ON THE REQUIRED OPEN SPACE.
  
 3. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE LOCATIONS OF LIGHTING ON
 THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO AVOID CONFLICTS WITH LANDSCAPING.
  
 4. CONDITIONALLY SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF
 WATER AND SEWER LINES THAT SERVICE THE BUILDING,
 LOCATIONS OF ABOVE GROUND VALVES, AND LOCATION OF
 DRAINAGE STRUCTURES ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN AND RESOLVE
 CONFLICTS WITH LANDSCAPING.
  
 5. CONDITIONALLY SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE SCREENING
 FOR ALL GROUND MOUNTED EQUIPMENT AND UTILITIES.
  
 6. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A ROOT BARRIER DETAIL AND
 SHOW LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT
 INFRASTRUCTURE AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS. THIS INCLUDES
 WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE, SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY
 FIELD STRUCTURES THAT COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
  
 7. SATISFIED. PLEASE REVISE THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY
 LANDSCAPE CHART PER SECTION 94-446 (G) AND PROVIDE
 DOCUMENTATION FOR THE TYPE OF LANDSCAPE IRRIGATION
 MOISTURE SENSOR OTHER THAN A RAIN SWITCH TO BE
 PROVIDED.
  
 8. CONDITIONALLY SATISFIED. THERE ARE 3 OAK TREES IN
 LOCATIONS THAT ARE NOT LIKELY TO SURVIVE THE
 CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDING WALLS AND FOUNDATION FOOTERS.
 PLEASE PROVIDE AN ACCOUNTING OF THE NUMBER OF TREES
 APPROVED FOR THE SITE, AND INDICATE IF ADDITIONAL
 MITIGATION TREES CAN BE PLANTED, OR PAYMENT IN LIEU MAY
 BE THE ONLY OPTION.
  
 9. CONDITIONALLY SATISFIED. ALL INVASIVE EXOTIC PLANTS
 MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE INCLUDING THE CARROTWOOD
 TREES ALONG THE WEST BUFFER.
  
 10. CONDITIONALLY SATISFIED. ALL HEDGES THAT ARE DEAD
 OR DISEASED, AND ALL MISSING TREES MUST BE REPLACED,
 ALTERNATE SPECIES MAY BE CHOSEN AT THIS TIME.
  
 11. SATISFIED. THE TERMINAL ISLAND ON THE EAST SIDE OF
 THE WEST PARKING LOT ENTRANCE MUST CONTAIN A TREE AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 12. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE THE REQUIRED HEDGE ON ALL
 THREE SIDES OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE.
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 2. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT, THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL BE REVISED TO SHOW LOCATIONS OF
 WATER AND SEWER LINES THAT SERVICE THE BUILDING,
 LOCATIONS OF ABOVE GROUND VALVES, AND LOCATION OF
 DRAINAGE STRUCTURES ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN AND RESOLVE
 CONFLICTS WITH LANDSCAPING.
  
 3. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY OR COMPLETION, ALL GROUND MOUNTED EQUIPMENT
 SHALL BE SCREENED, ALL INVASIVE EXOTIC PLANTS REMOVED
 FROM THE SITE, AND ALL MISSING OR DEAD PLANT MATERIAL
 WILL BE REPLACED.
