 DETAILS, DESIGN CALCULATIONS AND THE POLLUTION
 PREVENTION PLAN WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROCESSES. THE ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT
 APPROVAL APPLICATION FORMS CAN BE DOWNLOADED AT HTTP://

 MITS-APPLICATIONS
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO SITE
 PLAN APPROVAL:
  
 1. IS NOTE #12 ON SHEET C-200 APPLICABLE?
  
 2. IDENTIFY THE CONTROL STRUCTURE FOR EXFILTRATION
 TRENCH ZONE 1 AND HOW THE TRENCH WILL BE SURCHARGED TO
 THE TOP OF THE TRENCH.
  
 3. IT APPEARS THE PROPOSED PARKING LOT WILL BE 1 FOOT
 TO 2.5 FEET BELOW THE 40TH STREET SIDEWALK AND THE
 PROPERTY TO THE NORTH. ARE THE PARKING LOT GRADES
 HIGHER THAN THE HYDRAULIC GRADE LINE OF THE 66? STORM
 PIPE?
  
 4. SHOW THE EXISTING DRAINAGE PIPE RUNNING NORTH UNDER
 THE PUBLIC PARKING LOT FROM THE EXISTING DRAINAGE
 MANHOLE WHERE THE ONSITE DRAINAGE SYSTEM IS BEING
 CONNECTED.
  
 5. SHOW EXISTING AND PROPOSED UTILITIES ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLANS.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO
 ISSUANCE OF CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATION INCLUDING
 BUILDING PERMITS AND ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL.
  
 1. AN ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL APPLICATION WILL
 BE REQUIRED FROM THE ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
 THE ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL APPLICATION FORMS
 CAN BE DOWNLOADED AT: HTTP://WPB.ORG/DEPARTMENTS/ENGINE

 2. PROVIDE ENGINEERING CALCULATIONS SIGNED AND SEALED
 BY A FLORIDA REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER
 INDICATING THE CHANGES TO THE ONSITE PEAK FLOOD STAGES
 WILL NOT EXCEED THE SFWMD PERMITTED FLOOD STAGES AND
 STORMWATER TREATMENT IS BEING PROVIDED PER SFWMD
 CRITERIA. THE UNSATURATED DEPTH ?DU? VALUE IN THE
 EXFILTRATION TRENCH EQUATION SHOULD BE DEPTH OF THE
 EXFILTRATION TRENCH ABOVE THE MEAN HIGH TIDE ELEVATION.
 THE HEAD ?H? VALUE IN THE EXFILTRATION TRENCH EQUATION
 SHOULD BE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TRENCH CONTROL
 (WEIR) ELEVATION AND THE MEAN HIGH TIDE ELEVATION
  
 3. PROVIDE A COPY OF THE SFWMD ERP FOR THIS PROJECT.
  
 4. DETAILS SHEETS WILL NEED TO UTILIZE CITY OF WEST
 PALM BEACH STANDARD DETAILS, WHICH MAY BE DOWNLOADED AT
