 STAFF HAS REVIEWED THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS FOR THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION AND
 PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
  
 1. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE CORRECT CALCULATIONS TO SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-443 (C)(3) AND (4) FOR THE
 LANDSCAPE AREAS REQUIREMENTS WITHIN THE PARKING AND
 PAVED AREAS, INCLUDING REQUIRED NUMBER OF SHADE TREES,
 THEN CALCULATE THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PALMS SUBSTITUTED
 FOR THE REQUIRED PARKING LOT TREES.
 CALCULATIONS FOR PAVED AREAS NEED TO BE INCLUDED IN
 CALCULATIONS, AND PROVIDE A GRAPHIC FOR THE PROVIDED
 AREAS.
  
 2. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT SUCH AS A/C COMPRESSORS, ETC., AND PROVIDE
 SCREENING FOR ALL GROUND MOUNTED EQUIPMENT AND
 UTILITIES.
 PLEASE SHOW HOW SCREENING FOR THE GENERATOR WILL BE
 PROVIDED.
  
 3. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF WATER AND SEWER
 LINES THAT SERVICE THE BUILDING, AND LOCATIONS OF ABOVE
 GROUND VALVES.
  
 4. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE REVISE TO ASSURE THE 10 FOOT
 BUFFER STRIPS ADJACENT TO THE LOADING AREA MEET ALL
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER REQUIREMENTS INCLUDING MINIMUM WIDTH
 NOT INCLUDING CURBS, TREE OR PALM SPACING AND HEDGES.
 AREA NORTH OF DRIVE CAN BE 10 FEET WIDE.
  
 5. SATISFIED. PLEASE ADD IN A WHEEL STOP IN THE PARKING
 SPACE ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF PARKING AREA ADJACENT TO
 THE LANDSCAPE ISLAND CONTAINING ILEX CASSINE.
  
 6. WITHDRAWN. THE LIVE OAK TREE TO BE PRESERVED
 ADJACENT TO THE LANDSCAPE ISLAND ALONG THE NORTH SIDE
 OF PARKING AREA CAN ONLY BE COUNTED FOR THE BUFFER
 REQUIREMENT OR THE LANDSCAPE ISLAND REQUIREMENT, NOT
 BOTH. PLEASE ADD ANOTHER TREE TO SATISFY BOTH
 REQUIREMENTS.
 PLAN WAS CHANGED.
  
 7. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE THE REQUIRED HEDGE AROUND
 THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE WALL.
  
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 12/2/16:
  
 8. ADD REQUIRED TERMINAL ISLAND TREE AT THE END OF THE
 LINE OF PARKING TERMINATING AT THE WEST SIDE OF THE
 DRIVEWAY.
 9. TREE #14 WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO PRESERVE AS SHOWN
 WITH THE WALL PLACEMENT.
 10. CORRECT THE CAD LAYER ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWING
 DIFFERENT ISLANDS AND CURB TO MATCH THE SITE PLAN.
 11. SHOW LOCATIONS OF LIGHTS ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN
 MATCHING THE PHOTOMETRIC PLAN, AND RESOLVE ANY
 CONFLICTS WITH TREES.
 12. ADD REQUIRED TREES IN TERMINAL ISLANDS AS REQUIRED
 IN PLANTER AREA, AND SWITCHBOX ISLAND.
  
 PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION MAY BE
 REQUESTED, AND STAFF MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS AS
 THE REVIEW PROCESS CONTINUES.
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
