 DETAILS, DESIGN CALCULATIONS AND THE POLLUTION
 PREVENTION PLAN WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROCESSES. THE ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT
 APPROVAL APPLICATION FORMS CAN BE DOWNLOADED AT
 HTTP://WPB.ORG/ENGINEERING/FORMS-AND-PUBLICATIONS/
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO
 SITE PLAN APPROVAL:
  
 1. PRELIMINARY, UPDATED FEMA FLOOD INSURANCE MAPS ARE
 AVAILABLE AT
 HTTP://MAPS.CO.PALM-BEACH.FL.US/GIS/FLOODZONES.ASPX?.
 PLEASE REVIEW THE MAPS AND VERIFY THAT THE NEW MAPS
 WILL NOT IMPACT THE PROPOSED PROJECT.
  
 2. PROPOSED STORMWATER OVERFLOW CONTROL STRUCTURES ARE
 TO BE LOCATED ONSITE AND NOT IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 3. IT APPEARS THE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT (SWM) SYSTEM
 CONSISTS OF BUBBLE-UP INLETS OUT INTO THE ROAD. THE SWM
 SYSTEM SHOULD CONNECT INTO THE NEAREST DRAINAGE SYSTEM
 (CORDOVA ROAD AND/OR S. DIXIE HIGHWAY.
  
 4. S. DIXIE HIGHWAY IS MAINTAINED BY THE FLORIDA
 DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION. PERMITS WILL BE NEEDED
 FROM FDOT.
  
 5. THE GATEWAY STRUCTURE OVER BARCELONA ROAD WILL NEED
 APPROVAL FROM THE TRAFFIC ENGINEER.
  
 6. APPLICATION(S) WILL NEED TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE
 TRAFFIC CALMING COMMITTEE FOR THE PROPOSED SPEED TABLES
 ON THE CITY STREETS.
  
 7. WHAT IS THE SEASONAL HIGH WATER TABLE ELEVATION FOR
 THE SITE AND HOW WILL GROUNDWATER TO BE CONTROLLED
 AROUND THE UNDERGROUND PARKING STRUCTURE.
  
 8. DRAINAGE CALCULATIONS SIGNED AND SEALED BY A FLORIDA
 REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER WILL NEED TO BE
 SUBMITTED DEMONSTRATING WATER QUALITY TREATMENT AND
 PEAK DISCHARGE ATTENUATION. RUNOFF VELOCITIES AND
 VOLUMES SHOULD NOT EXCEED EXISTING CONDITIONS.
  
 9. INDICATE MILLING AND RESURFACING LIMITS AROUND
 TRENCH CUTS ON CITY STREETS.
  
 10. PLEASE REVISE THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO SHOW LOCATIONS
 OF ALL EXISTING AND PROPOSED UTILITIES INCLUDING BUT
 NOT LIMITED TO WATER METERS, VALVES, CLEAN-OUTS, LIGHT
 POLES, ETC. ROOT BARRIERS MAY BE REQUIRED WHERE
 PLANTINGS ARE NEAR UNDERGROUND STORMWATER, SANITARY, OR
 POTABLE WATER LINES.
  
 11. HOW WILL THE UNDERGROUND PARKING GARAGES DRAIN? HOW
 WILL WATER QUALITY TREATMENT BE OBTAINED?
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO
 ISSUANCE OF CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATION INCLUDING
 BUILDING PERMITS AND ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL.
  
 1. AN ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL APPLICATION WILL
 BE REQUIRED FROM THE ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
