 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. TREE INVENTORY ON SHEET TS-1 DOES NOT MATCH THE TREE
 SURVEY PROVIDED. PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING:
 ? UNKNOWN TREES NEED TO BE IDENTIFIED ON ALL SHEETS
 ? TREES ON PARCEL 3 NEED TO BE INCLUDED ON THE SURVEY
 AND INVENTORY
 ? TREES 65, 66, AND 67 ARE NOT LOCATED ON THE SUBJECT
 PROPERTY, AND ARE NOT SHOWN ON THE SURVEY
 ? TREES LOCATED ON THE SUBJECT PROPERTY NEED TO BE
 SEPARATED FROM THE TREES LOCATED OFF PROPERTY IN THE
 RIGHT OF WAYS IN THE MITIGATION CHART. REPLACEMENT
 CANOPY SHOULD ALSO BE SEPARATED.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE A LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR LOT 3 MEETING
 THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR RESIDENTIAL LANDSCAPING
 PER SECTION 94-442(B)(2)A.
  
 3. PLEASE PROVIDE AN OPEN SPACE DIAGRAM TO DEMONSTRATE
 THE AREAS PROVIDED AS OPEN SPACE AND LANDSCAPE AREAS ON
 SITE WITHIN THE PROPERTY LINES TO PROVIDE REFERENCE FOR
 THE WAIVER REQUESTS.
  
 4. PLEASE PROVIDE MEASUREMENTS AND CALCULATIONS FOR THE
 BUFFER TREES REQUIRED FOR ALL BUFFER LENGTHS PER
 SECTION 94-443 B. AND INDICATE HOW MANY WILL BE
 ELIMINATED THROUGH THE WAIVER REQUESTS.
  
 5. PLEASE CALCULATE THE SHADE TREES FLOWERING TREES AND
 SHRUBS REQUIRED USING 40 PERCENT OPEN SPACE AND SHOW
 WHAT WILL BE PROVIDED WITH THE WAIVER REQUEST.
  
 6. PLEASE PROVIDE THE DROUGHT TOLERANCE LEVEL FOR EACH
 PLANT SPECIES ON THE PLANT LIST CHARTS TO VERIFY
 PERCENTAGES CLAIMED WITH THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY LANDSCAPE
 REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 94-442 (G).
  
 7. PLEASE SEPARATE MATERIAL IN THE PLANT LIST FOR THE
 ONSITE AND OFFSITE LANDSCAPING, AND FOR THE ROOFTOP

 LANDSCAPE PLAN TO AVOID CONFLICTS WITH LANDSCAPING.
  
 9. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT
 INFRASTRUCTURE AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS. THIS INCLUDES
 WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE, SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY
 FIELD STRUCTURES THAT COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
  
 10. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF ALL GROUND MOUNTED
 EQUIPMENT INCLUDING FPL TRANSFORMERS, A/C UNITS, ETC.,
 AND PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL GROUND MOUNTED EQUIPMENT
 AND UTILITIES.
  
 11. PLEASE INDICATE THE WIDTH OF ALL LANDSCAPE BUFFERS
 PROVIDED ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 12. PLEASE INDICATE THE WIDTH OF THE SIDEWALK ALONG S
 DIXIE. IF WIDE ENOUGH, PLEASE ADD STREET TREES WITH
 TREE GRATES. STREET TREES LOCATED IN A SIDEWALK SHALL
 HAVE STRUCTURAL SOIL EXTENDING 5 FEET IN ALL DIRECTIONS
 UP TO THE CURB. INDICATE STRUCTURAL SOIL LOCATIONS AND
 PROVIDE A TYPICAL STRUCTURAL SOIL DETAIL ON THE
 LANDSCAPE DETAIL PAGE.
  
 13. PLEASE PROVIDE LOCATIONS OF LIGHTING ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN TO AVOID CONFLICTS WITH LANDSCAPING.

 RAILINGS ON THE UPPER FLOORS, AND SOME WALL AREAS
 COVERED WITH PLANTS OR VINES. PLEASE PROVIDE MORE
 DETAIL.
  
 PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION MAY BE
 REQUESTED, AND STAFF MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS AS
 THE REVIEW PROCESS CONTINUES.
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
