 1.) TRAFFIC CONDITIONS:
  
 - NO BUILDING PERMITS FOR THE USES SPECIFIED IN THE
 TRAFFIC PERFORMANCE STANDARDS (TPS) REVIEW LETTER FROM
 THE PALM BEACH COUNTY TRAFFIC DIVISION (DATED DECEMBER
 14, 2016), SHALL BE ISSUED AFTER DECEMBER 31, 2018.
  
 - ACKNOWLEDGING THAT THE PROPRETY OWNER HAD ALREADY
 PAID THE PROPORTIONATE SHARE AMOUNT OF $374,392 AND
 OBTAINED BUILDING PERMITS FOR PHASE I DEVELOPMENT, NO
 ADDITIONAL BUILDING PERMITS SHALL BE ISSUED UNTIL THE
 PROPERTY OWNER PAYS ADDITIONAL $151,011 OF THE
 PROPORTIONATE SHARE FOR PHASE II.
  
 - EXTEND THE SOUTH APPROACH LEFT TURN LANE STORAGE TO
 500 FEET PLUS 100 FEET TAPER OR AS DETERMINED BY THE
 COUNTY ENGINEER AT AUSTRALIAN AVENUE AND BELVEDERE ROAD
 INTERSECTION PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY FOR THE LAST REMAINING DEVELOPABLE TRACT.
  
 2.) ALL PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS, INCLUDING NEW
 CONSTRUCTION, OR THE RENOVATION OR IMPROVEMENT OF AN
 EXISTING BUILDING, WHERE THE TOTAL CONSTRUCTION COSTS
 ARE EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN $750,000.00 IS SUBJECT TO
 THE ART IN PUBLIC PLACES REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 78,
 ARTICLE V, OF THE CITY'S CODE OF ORDINANCES.
