 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PLANS, AND PROVIDE
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. PLEASE REVISE THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO INDICATE THE 5
 FOOT BUFFER LOCATED AT THE EDGE OF THE PROPERTY AS
 SUBDIVIDED ON THE WEST SIDE, AND SHOW HEDGES AND TREES
 IN THE BUFFER AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 94-443.
  
 2. PLEASE ADDRESS HOW THE SEPARATION AND BUFFERING IS
 ACHIEVED BETWEEN THE DRIVE AISLE TO THE NORTH OF THE
 PROPOSED BUILDING AND THE ADJACENT UNDEVELOPED SITE.
  
 3. PROVIDE A DATA TABLE TO INCLUDE THE LENGTH OF THE
 BUFFERS AND REQUIRED TREES AND SHRUBS FOR THE PROPOSED
 SUBDIVIDED LOT.
  
 4. PLEASE PROVIDE LANDSCAPING AND SCREENING FOR THE
 LIFT STATION AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE PARCEL, THE
 FPL TRANSFORMER ADJACENT TO THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE, AND
 THE WATER VALVE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE
 BUILDING.
  
 5. PLEASE PROVIDE A SCREENING HEDGE ON THE EAST, SOUTH
 AND WEST SIDES OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE AS REQUIRED
 PER SECTION 94-444 (B).
  
 6. PLEASE REDESIGN OR CHOOSE AN ALTERNATE SHADE TREE
 FOR THE WEST SIDE OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE TO AVOID
 CONFLICTS WITH THE FUNCTION OF THE TRUCK EMPTYING THE
 DUMPSTER. IT IS NOTED HIGHRISE OAKS ARE SPECIFIED, BUT
 THIS MAY STILL BE AN ISSUE.
  
 7. PLEASE CORRECT NOTE 6 ON SHEET LP1.01 TO READ 30
 PERCENT REQUIRED FOR COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES.
  
 8. THE SINGLE DOOR ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING
 APPEARS TO OPEN INTO LANDSCAPING WITH NO ACCESS. PLEASE
 REVISE.
