 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. A NEW TREE SURVEY HAS BEEN PROVIDED.
 THERE IS A DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE SURVEY AND THE TREE
 DISPOSITION CHART. PLEASE IDENTIFY THE PLANTS X01
 THROUGH X15 TO DETERMINE APPLICABLE CODE REQUIREMENTS
 FOR PROTECTION OR MITIGATION.
  
 2. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A TREE MITIGATION CHART
 SHOWING SPECIES AND QUANTITIES TO BE REMOVED, AND
 NUMBER OF REQUIRED REPLACEMENTS BY CATEGORY.
  
 3. SATISFIED. PLEASE INDICATE AND LABEL THE LOCATION OF
 THE TEMPORARY TREE FARM ON SHEET L-421.
  
 4. WITHDRAWN. PLEASE ADD THE REQUIRED TREE IN THE
 TERMINAL ISLAND AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE 16 SPACE
 PARKING LOT. PARKING LOT REDESIGNED.
  
 5. SATISFIED. THE PROPOSED LOCATION OF THE NEW
 IRRIGATION WELL ON SHEET L-601 APPEARS TO CONFLICT WITH
 THE LOCATION OF LANDSCAPING AND EXISTING AND PROPOSED
 TREES. LOCATION OF WELL AND SAFE SIGHT TRIANGLE APPEARS
 TO LIMIT THE POTENTIAL FOR LANDSCAPE SHRUBS FOR
 SCREENING. PLEASE REVISE.
  
 6. SATISFIED. PLEASE CLARIFY WHERE THE WEST PLAZA PILE
 SYSTEM IS TO BE INSTALLED, AS THE NOTE ON THE PLAN
 SHEET L-904 INDICATES STONE PAVING IS TO BE SET ON A
 CONCRETE SLAB. THE NOTES DO NOT MATCH THE DETAIL,
 INDICATING A CIP CAST IN PLACE CONCRETE SLAB UNDER THE
 PAVERS.
  
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 8/31/16:
 7. SATISFIED. LANDSCAPE PLANS NEED TO SHOW ALL
 UTILITIES INCLUDING FPL OVERHEAD WIRES TO AVOID
 CONFLICTS WITH PLACEMENT OF TREES. THE AREA ALONG OLIVE
 HAS VERY LOW WIRES THAT RESULTED IN EXISTING OAK TREES
 BEING PRUNED SEVERELY SO AS NOT TO BE STRUCTURALLY
 ACCEPTABLE TO BE RELOCATED. THE PROPOSED PLAN SHOWS OAK
 TREES AND OTHER LARGE TREES BEING PLACED BACK IN THE
 SAME AREA. PLEASE REVISE.
 THE OVERHEAD FPL LINES NEED TO BE SHOWN ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLANS.
  
 8. SATISFIED. LANDSCAPE PLANS NEED TO SHOW ALL
 UTILITIES INCLUDING WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE AND LIGHTING
 TO AVOID CONFLICTS WITH PLACEMENT OF TREES. PLEASE
 REVISE.
  
 THERE ARE MULTIPLE CONFLICTS BETWEEN TREES AND WATER,
 SEWER AND DRAINAGE LINES. PLEASE CHECK LOCATIONS OF
 FIRE HYDRANTS FOR CLEARANCE.

 REGARDING DESIGN FLEXIBILITY SECTION 94-443, AND
 PROVIDE THE REQUIRED BUFFER TREES. QUALIFICATIONS FOR
 THIS SECTION HAVE NOT BEEN SUBMITTED OR APPROVED.
  
 10. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE CALCULATIONS AND REQUIRED
 TREES AND SHRUBS FOR THE SINGLE FAMILY LOTS AS PLATTED.
  
 11. SATISFIED. PLEASE CORRECT THE WATER NEEDS CHART IN
 THE PLANT LIST ON SHEET L-403 TO CORRECTLY REFLECT THE
 WATER NEEDS AS LISTED IN WATERWISE FLORIDA LANDSCAPE
 GUIDE FOR THE FOLLOWING SPECIES:
 ? ST. AUGUSTINE, ZOYSIA GRASS, DWARF JASMINE, GARDENIA,
 CAT PALM, AND PARADISE TREE.

 15. SATISFIED. STAFF HAS CONCERNS OVER THE 8 FOOT HEDGE
 BLOCKING ALL VIEWS INTO THE PROPERTY. THIS DOES NOT
 MATCH WITH THE THEME PRESENTED FOR THE ORIGINAL PROJECT
 APPROVAL.
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 6/6/17:
 16. SATISFIED. TREES ARE REQUIRED IN ALL LANDSCAPE
 ISLANDS AND TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLANDS PER SECTION
 94-443(C)(3). PLEASE ADD THE REQUIRED TREE IN THE
 TERMINAL ISLAND AT THE SOUTHWEST TERMINAL ISLAND IN THE
 PARKING /DROP OFF AREA AT JEFFERSON AND S DIXIE. THERE
 ARE MISSING TREES IN THE LANDSCAPE ISLANDS OF THE WEST
 PARKING LOT.
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. EACH PHASE OF LANDSCAPING TO BE INSTALLED SHALL
 REQUIRE A LANDSCAPE PERMIT.
  
 2. ALL LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION TO BE INSTALLED IN
 RIGHT OF WAYS SHALL REQUIRE SEPARATE PERMITS FROM THE
