 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. STAFF CONTINUES TO HAVE ISSUE WITH THE HEDGE
 EXTENDING ALONG THE SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY FRONTAGE.
  
 2. IT IS MY OPINION THAT THE HEIGHT OF THE HEDGE IN
 PROPORTION TO THE FIGURES USED IN THE ELEVATIONS, ETC.
 ARE INCORRECT. PLEASE VERIFY.
  
 3. STAFF DOES NOT SUPPORT THE HEIGHT OF THE HEDGE
 BETWEEN THE DROP-OFF AREA AND THE PEDESTRIAN SIDEWALK
 ON SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY.
  
 4. IF THE ON-STREET PARKING IS GOING TO BE PHASED, THEN
 THE DATA TABLE NEEDS TO PROVIDE THE REQUIRED AND
 PROPOSED FOR EACH PHASE. THE CALCULATIONS SHOULD PROVE
 THAT THE WAIVER (PERCENTAGE) THAT WAS GRANTED VIA
 RESOLUTION NO. 214-15 IS NOT BEING EXCEEDED.
  
 5. AUTO-TURN SHOULD BE PROVIDED FOR THE NEW LAYOUT.
  
 6. NOT ALL OF THE SHRUB PLANS WERE PROVIDED. THE
 DRAWINGS INDICATED THAT L-416 IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE
 NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SITE, BUT SHEET L-416 THAT WAS
 PROVIDED WAS AN ENLARGED VERSION OF L-415.
  
 7. THE NOTE ON THE TREE AND SHRUB PLANS STATE ?SEE
 SHEET L-401 FOR PLANTING, TYPES, SIZES AND SPACING?;
 SHEET L-401 IS THE OVERALL PLANTING PLAN. THE PLANT
 LIST IS ON SHEET L-403. ALL PAGES REFERENCES NEED TO BE
 VERIFIED AND CORRECTED AS NEEDED.
  
 8. PLEASE EXPLAIN PHASE 2 THAT IS PROPOSED IN THE
 PARKING LOT ON THE WEST SIDE OF SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY.
  
 9. THE SITE PLAN ILLUSTRATIVE DIFFERS FROM WHAT IS
 SHOWN IN THE OTHER PLANS WITH REGARD TO THE
 GATE/FENCE/LANDSCAPING PROPOSED AT THE EAST ENTRY.
  
 10. PLEASE IDENTIFY THE PROPOSED USE OF ?EXISTING SHED
 #1? BEHIND 323 CRANESNEST WAY. ONE PLAN IDENTIFIES THIS
 AREA AS THE ?RESTAURANT GARDEN?. PER THE DEVELOPMENT
 ORDER, ?USE OF THE HISTORICALLY-DESIGNATED RESIDENTIAL
 PROPERTIES, AS IDENTIFIED ON THE MASTER PLAN, SHALL BE
 LIMITED TO THAT OF SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCES. SUCH
 RESIDENCES MAY BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR STAFF AND GUESTS
 (SUCH AS VISITING ARTISTS), BUT THEY SHALL FUNCTION AS
 SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCES AND COMPLY WITH THE OCCUPANCY
 REQUIREMENT OF SUCH USE.?
  
 11. PLEASE REMOVE THE ?LIMIT OF CONSTRUCTION? LINE ON
 THE SITE PLAN.
  
 12. A PHOTOMETRIC PLAN NEEDS TO BE PROVIDED ALONG WITH
 THE LIGHTING PLAN. THE PHOTOMETRIC PLAN SHALL NOT
 EXCEED 1.0 FOOTCANDLES AT THE BOUNDARY OF THE PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT, AND NOT EXCEED 0.5 FOOTCANDLES WHEN
 MEASURED AT A RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LINE.
  
 13. THE PLANS NEED TO CLEARLY DELINEATE THE HISTORIC
 RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES. THOSE PROPERTIES SHOULD BE
 CALCULATED AND TREATED INDEPENDENTLY OF THE MAIN NORTON
 CAMPUS, AS SPECIFIED IN THE DEVELOPMENT ORDER.

 PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING WHEN RESUBMITTING:
  
 A) WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS MADE BY ALL
 DEPARTMENTS SHALL BE PROVIDED UPON RESUBMISSION.
  
 B) 4 SETS OF REVISED PLANS AND/OR DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED, ALONG WITH ONE (1) REDUCED COPY (11IN X
 17IN), AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS.
  
 C) PLEASE NOTE THAT RE-SUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 D) IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 E) PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
