 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM
 THE DATE OF THE COMMENTS (BY SEPTEMBER 21, 2016), THE
 CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION
 SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE ADDITIONAL
 (1) RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF THIS ROUND OF
 COMMENTS ARE NOT SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE APPLICANT
 WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE WILL BE
 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($200).
  
 1) REVISED COMMENT: THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING THE
 REQUIRED BICYCLE PARKING. THE BICYCLE RACK SHALL BE
 ACCESSED VIA A PAVED SURFACE. SHEET C-4 SHOWS THAT A
 USER WOULD NEED TO CROSS AN UNPAVED AREA TO ACCESS THE
 BICYCLE RACK. THE BICYCLE PARKING SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN AND NOT CONFLICT WITH THE PROPOSED
 LANDSCAPE AND ON SHEET ASP.
  
 2) NEW COMMENT: THE REVISED LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWS THE
 TRANSFORMER IN A DIFFERENT LOCATION THAN THE SITE PLAN
 (SHEET C-4) AND ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN (SHEET ASP) AND
 SOMETHING LABELED AS "EXHAUST" AT THE NORTH PORTION OF
 THE BUILDING THAT SHOWS UP ON NEITHER OF THE OTHER
 PLANS. ALL PLANS SHALL SHOW THE SAME CONDITIONS.
  
 3) NEW COMMENT: THE "DDCV" SHALL BE SHOWN ON SHEET C-4.
  
 4) NEW COMMENT: THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL SHOW THE SITE
 TRIANGLES FOR THE EXIT DRIVE.
  
 CONDITIONS:
  
 A. IF THE BUILDING USE CHANGES FROM THE STORAGE OF
 PRIVATE MOTOR VEHICLES TO THE STORAGE OF ANY OTHER
 ITEMS OR A DIFFERENT INDUSTRIAL USE, THEN ADDITIONAL
 EXTERIOR PARKING SPACES ARE REQUIRED TO MEET THE
 PARKING TABLE REQUIREMENTS.
  
 B. IF THE BUILDING USE CHANGES FROM THE STORAGE OF
 PRIVATE MOTOR VEHICLES TO THE STORAGE OF ANY OTHER
 ITEMS OR A DIFFERENT INDUSTRIAL USE, THEN THE USE SHALL
 BE EVALUATED AND AN EXTERIOR DUMPSTER IN AN ENCLOSURE
 MAY BE REQUIRED.
  
 C. FINAL ENGINEERING REVIEW SHALL BE DONE AT TIME OF
