 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. PLEASE PROVIDE A TREE INVENTORY, TREE DISPOSITION
 PLAN AND MITIGATION TABLE TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF
 SECTION 94-448.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE MEASUREMENTS AND CALCULATIONS FOR THE
 BUFFER TREES REQUIRED FOR ALL BUFFER LENGTHS PER
 SECTION 94-443 B. IN THE DATA CHART.
  
 3. PLEASE PROVIDE THE REQUIRED TREES WITHIN THE EAST
 BUFFER, SPACED AS REQUIRED, OR IDENTIFY REASONS FOR
 GAPS IN THE SPACING.
  
 4. PLEASE PROVIDE LOCATIONS OF LIGHTING ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN TO AVOID CONFLICTS WITH LANDSCAPING.
  
 5. PLEASE PROVIDE A HEDGE FOR SCREENING ON THE WEST
 SIDE OF THE FPL TRANSFORMER.
  
 6. PLEASE PROVIDE A ROOT BARRIER DETAIL AND SHOW
 LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT INFRASTRUCTURE
 AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS. THIS INCLUDES WATER, SEWER,
 DRAINAGE, SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY FIELD STRUCTURES
 THAT COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
  
 7. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY
 LANDSCAPE CHART SECTION 94-446 (G).
  
 8. PLEASE PROVIDE A SITE DATA CHART ON THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN TO REFLECT THE REQUIRED OPEN SPACE AS 40 PERCENT
 OF THE SITE AREA, AND USE TO CALCULATE THE REQUIRED
 TREES, FLOWERING TREES AND SHRUBS. ALSO PROVIDE THE
 ACTUAL OPEN SPACE PROVIDED PER SECTION 94-243 TABLE
 VIII-3.
  
 9. PLEASE PROVIDE THE CALCULATION FOR THE REQUIRED 15
 PERCENT LANDSCAPE AREA, AND THE ACTUAL AREA PROVIDED
 PER SECTION 94-243 TABLE VIII-3.
  
 10. PLEASE PROVIDE CALCULATIONS TO SHOW THE LANDSCAPING
 AROUND THE STRUCTURE MEETS THE 20% REQUIREMENT FOR
 TREES, SHRUBS OR HEDGES PER SECTION 94-443 (E)(1).
  
  
 PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION MAY BE
 REQUESTED, AND STAFF MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS AS
 THE REVIEW PROCESS CONTINUES.
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
