 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - THE PPRC COMMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED AND
 SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING DIVISION BY 5 PM ON FRIDAY,
 APRIL 29, 2016, TO BE SCHEDULED FOR THE JUNE 21, 2016
 PLANNING BOARD MEETING.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC MEETING (BY JUNE 13, 2016),
 THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER
 ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($600).
  
 - PUBLIC HEARING NOTIFICATION SIGNAGE SHALL BE POSTED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION
 94-39(I)(5) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS.
  
 1) PLEASE PROVIDE THE ITEMS SO STAFF MAY CLOSE THE OPEN
 MINOR PD AMENDMENT. OUTSTANDING COMMENTS RELATED TO THE
 WALL CORNERS WHERE THE WAIVER WAS GRANTED, THE NUMBER
 OF PARKING LOT LIGHT POLES, AND THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE
 SCREENING. THERE HAD BEEN DISCUSSION IN THE
 PRE-APPLICATION MEETING OF INCLUDING SOME ROOFTOP
 FRAMING CHANGES TO FACILITATE BUILDING PERMIT REVISIONS
 PENDING THIS APPLICATION BEING APPROVED BY CITY
 COMMISSION.
  
 2) IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DEFINITION OF "NET INTERIOR
 AREA" WITHIN THE DOWNTOWN, PLEASE REVISE THE SQUARE
 FOOTAGE SO THAT THE TOILET ROOMS ARE NOT EXCLUDED FROM
 THE NET INTERIOR AREA TOTAL. PLEASE REVISE THE PARKING
 DATA TABLE AS REQUIRED.
  
 3) PROVIDE THE SETBACK FROM THE RELOCATED TREE TO THE
 FIRE HYDRANT (SOUTHEAST OF THE GREASE TRAPS) ON THE
 SOUTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING. WHY DOES THE HYDRANT ONLY
 SHOW ON THE ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN?
  
 4) WHY IS A WALL BEING ADDED AROUND THE PARKING AREA?
 PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE PROPOSED WALL. IS THERE
 AN OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE THIS BE A DECORATIVE PICKET
 FENCE INSTEAD, PERHAPS MIRRORING THE STYLE THAT IS ON
 TOP OF THE WEST COURTYARD WALL OR THE FRONT GATE? NOTE:
 IT APPEARS THAT THE GARBAGE TRUCK WILL HIT THE WALL
 NORTHEAST OF THE FOUNTAIN.
  
 5) PLEASE PROVIDE MORE DETAILS ON THE EASTERN COURTYARD
 AND FOUNTAIN WALL HEIGHTS. STAFF IS CONFUSED AS TO WHAT
 IS 8 FEET IN HEIGHT AND WHAT IS 16 FEET IN HEIGHT ON
 THE ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN WHEN COMPARED TO THE
 ELEVATION PLANS.
  
 6) PLEASE PROVIDE A REVISED OPEN AREA CALCULATION
 EXHIBIT BASED ON THE RECONFIGURED COURTYARD TO VERIFY
 THAT THE MINIMUM PARK/OPEN SPACE IS STILL MET.
  
 7) PROVIDE THE DIMENSION TO THE HIGHEST POINT OF THE
 SKYLIGHT STRUCTURE.
  
 8) THE NOTES ON THE BUILDING ELEVATION SHEET CALL OUT
 THE NEW CAF? AREA AS PREFINISHED ALUMINUM STOREFRONT
 AND SKYLIGHT. IN THE PRE-APPLICATION MEETING THESE WERE
 EXPLAINED TO STAFF AS BEING GLASS. PLEASE CLARIFY WHAT
 MATERIAL IS BEING USED FOR THE CAF?.
  
 9) PLEASE ADD SOME ARCHITECTURAL ENHANCEMENTS ON THE
 NEW LARGE, EAST WALL THAT IS BEING PROPOSED ALONG THE
 LENGTH OF THE FOURTH FLOOR. PREVIOUSLY THIS HAD GLAZING
 THAT BROKE UP THE MASS OF THE SMALLER WESTERN WALL.
  
 10) IS IT POSSIBLE TO SYMMETRICALLY LINE UP THE 4TH
 FLOOR DOOR ON THE NORTH AND SOUTH FACADES WITH THE
 SPANDREL GLASS "DOORWAYS" ON THE FIRST THREE FLOORS?
