 REVISED PLANS AND RESPONSES.
  
 SITE PLAN IS APPROVED CONDITIONED ON THE REVISING THE
 PLANS PER THE FOLLOWING:
 1. MILLING AND RESURFACING LIMITS FOR TRENCH CUTS ON
 CITY STREETS IS FULL LANE WIDTH FOR THE TRAVEL LANE(S)
 ENCROACHED BY THE TRENCH AREA INCLUDING A TRANSITION
 AREA OF 50 FEET ON EACH SIDE OF THE TRENCH (SEE NOTE 2
 ON STANDARD DETAIL P-4 ON SHEET C-3).
  
 2. THE CROSS SECTION FOR THE DRY DETENTION AREA SHOWS A
 SIDE SLOPE OF 4:1 MAX. SHEET C-1 SHOWS AN SIDE SLOPE OF
 8:1 BETWEEN THE TOP OF SLOPE LINE AND TOE OF SLOPE
 LINE. DRAINAGE STORAGE CALCULATIONS SHOULD BE BASED ON
 WHAT WILL BE CONSTRUCTED.
  
 3. BASED ON THE DISTANCE BETWEEN LANDSCAPE ISLANDS IN
 THE PROPOSED PARKING LOT, THE PARKING SPACE WIDTHS
 APPEAR TO BE WIDER THAN THE 8' 6" SHOWN ON DETAIL E ON
 SHEET A-100.
  
 4. THE LANDSCAPE PLANS CALL OUT A PROPOSED 1-STORY
 BUILDING ADDITION.
