 1. PLEASE PROVIDE UTILITY LETTERS.
  
 2. KEVIN HUGHES SIGNED THE OWNER'S CONSENT FORM FOR
 FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY. IT IS UNCLEAR OF MR.
 HUGHES' RELATIONSHIP WITH FPL. PLEASE PROVIDE
 ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION AS TO HIS AUTHORIZATION TO
 SIGN THE APPLICATION.
  
 3. ALL SHEETS SHOW 'FUTURE' BUILDINGS EXCEPT THE
 OVERALL SITE PLAN (SHEET A-100). IF YOU WANT TO HAVE
 APPROVAL FOR FUTURE BUILDINGS, THE FUTURE BUILDINGS
 NEED TO BE INCLUDED ON THE OVERALL SITE PLAN WITH A
 COLUMN FOR FUTURE EXPANSION/PHASE II INDICATING
 PROPOSED SQUARE FOOTAGE, FAR, OPEN SPACE, PARKING, ETC.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT TRANSPORTATION CONCURRENCY LETTER DOES
 NOT INCLUDE THE FUTURE SQUARE FOOTAGE AND A
 TRANSPORTATION CONCURRENCY LETTER WILL BE REQUIRED AT
 TIME OF SUBMITTAL FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE FUTURE
 EXPANSIONS.
  
 4. TRANSPORTATION CONCURRENCY LETTER IS FOR 68,000
 SQUARE FEET OF NEW CONSTRUCTION. THE PROPOSAL SHOWS
 71,055 SQUARE FEET OF NEW CONSTRUCTION BE PROPOSED.
 THESE NUMBERS WILL NEED TO MATCH. PLEASE PROVIDE
 REVISED LETTER OR UPDATED SITE PLAN.
  
 5. INDICATE HEIGHT AND SETBACK OF PROPOSED LIGHT POLES.
 THE LIGHT POLES MUST COMPLY WITH THE SETBACKS AND
 HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS OF THE INDUSTRIAL (I) ZONING
 DISTRICT. ANY LIGHT POLES WITHIN THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER
 MUST BE PLACED TO AVOID CONFLICTS WITH TREES.
  
 6. ON SHEET A-100, THE REQUIRED PARKING CALCULATION HAS
 MANY NUMBERS OVERLAPPING EACH OTHER AND IS UNREADABLE.
 PLEASE CORRECT SO PARKING NUMBERS CAN BE REVIEWED.
  
 7. PLEASE ROTATE THE NEW BICYCLE PARKING PAD 90 DEGREES
 SO THAT IT IS PARALLEL TO THE ENTRANCE SIDEWALK TO THE
 BUILDING. OR YOU MAY SHIFT THE BICYCLE PARKING PAD
 SOUTH TO MEET UP WITH THE SIDEWALK IN FRONT OF THE ADA
 SPACES SO SOMEONE DOES NOT HAVE TO CROSS THE GRASS AREA
 TO ACCESS THE BICYCLE PARKING.
  
 8. PLEASE LABEL ON SITE PLAN NUMBER OF BICYCLE PARKING
 SPACES ON BOTH THE EXISTING AND PROPOSED BICYCLE
 PARKING PADS.
  
 9. DIMENSION 'NEW DELIVERY DRIVE'.
  
 10. A LANDSCAPE ISLAND NEEDS TO BE ADDED THE END OF THE
 LAST PARKING SPOT AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE 'NEW DELIVERY
 DRIVE.' ALL SHEETS EXCEPT OVERALL SITE PLAN (A-100)
 SHOW THE TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLAND. PLEASE CORRECT AND
 MAKE SURE ALL BASE LAYERS ARE THE SAME FOR ALL SHEETS.
  
 11. WILL THE EXISTING DUMPSTER ON THE SITE BE
 SUFFICIENT TO SERVE THE NEW EXPANSION?
  
 12. DIMENSION 'EXISTING ROADWAY' ON THE WESTERN SIDE OF
 THE PROPERTY AND DRIVEWAY INTO THE PARKING AREA FROM
 THIS ROAD.
  
 13. INSTALL A MINIMUM 5 FOOT WIDE SIDEWALK ALONG THE
 PROPERTY FRONTAGE [CITY CODE SEC. 78-8].
  
 14. PLEASE CLARIFY WHAT WILL OCCUR ON THE NORTHWEST
 PORTION OF THE PROPERTY. WILL THIS AREA STILL REMAIN
 OUTDOOR STORAGE OR JUST BE A VEGETATED GREEN SPACE?
  
 15. PLEASE INCLUDE LOCATION OF UTILITY EASEMENTS ON THE
 OVERALL SITE PLAN SHEET (A-100).
  
 16. ARE THERE ANY FREESTANDING SIGNS BEING PROPOSED? IF
 SO, PLEASE INDICATE PROPOSED LOCATION TO AVOID CONFLICT
 WITH LANDSCAPING.
  
 GENERAL COMMENT(S):
 17. YOU MAY WANT TO CONSIDER THE INSTALLATION OF SOLAR
 PANELS ON ROOF OF THE STRUCTURE.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING:
 A. PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS MADE BY
 DEPARTMENTS IN A WRITTEN FORMAT WHEN RESUBMITTING.
  
 B. PROVIDE 15 SETS OF REVISED PLANS AND/OR DOCUMENTS
 ALONG WITH ONE REDUCED COPY AND ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL
 PLANS.
  
 C. IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 D. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
  
 E. IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE JUNE 21, 2016
 PLANNING BOARD MEETING, ALL PLANS MUST BE REVISED AND
