 STAFF HAS REVIEWED THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS FOR THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION AND
 PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. PLEASE PROVIDE A TREE DISPOSITION AND MITIGATION
 CHART FOR ALL EXISTING TREES AND PALMS, IDENTIFY EACH
 BY SPECIES, AND INDICATE IF THEY WILL BE RELOCATED,
 REMOVED, OR REMAIN IN PLACE TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 SECTION 94-448.
  
 2. PLEASE CORRECT THE CALCULATIONS FOR REQUIRED SHADE
 TREES, FLOWERING TREES AND SHRUBS USING THE REQUIRED
 40% OPEN SPACE OF THE ENTIRE SITE.
  
 3. PLEASE CORRECT THE CALCULATIONS TO SHOW COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE 20% LINEAR FEET LANDSCAPED EXTERIOR REQUIRED
 FOR ALL INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURES PER SECTION 94-443
 (E)(2).
  
 4. PER 94-443 (B)(1). PLEASE SHOW A 5 FOOT LANDSCAPE
 BUFFER AROUND THE EAST, NORTH AND WEST PROPERTY LINES,
 AND A 10 FOOT LANDSCAPE BUFFER ADJACENT TO UP THE GROVE
 LANE.
  
 5. PLEASE PROVIDE CALCULATIONS FOR ALL BUFFERS FOR
 REQUIRED SHADE TREES PER 94-443(B) (4) AND (5), AND
 PROVIDE ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 6. PLEASE ADD TREES AND PROVIDE LANDSCAPE AREAS AT
 LEAST 5 FEET IN WIDTH AT THE END OF EACH ROW OF PARKING
 PER SECTION 94-443 (C).
  
 7. PLEASE PROVIDE CALCULATIONS TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 SECTION 94-443 (C)(3) AND (4) FOR THE LANDSCAPE AREAS
 WITHIN THE PARKING AND PAVED AREAS.
  
 8. PLEASE PROVIDE THE HEIGHT SPECIFICATIONS FOR ALL
 TREES ON THE PLANT LIST. ALL PLANTS MUST BE FLORIDA
 GRADE 1 OR BETTER.
  
 9. PLEASE PROVIDE THE WATER NEEDS CATEGORY FOR EACH
 SPECIES ON THE PLANT LIST FROM THE SFWMD WATERWISE
 GUIDE TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FLORIDA FRIENDLY
 LANDSCAPING PER 94-442 (G).
  
 10. PLEASE REVISE THE LANDSCAPE AND ENGINEERING PLANS
 TO AVOID CONFLICTS BETWEEN LANDSCAPING AND WATER,
 SEWER, DRAINAGE, LIGHTING AND FPL EQUIPMENT. PLEASE
 SHOW LOCATIONS OF ALL UTILITIES AND EASEMENTS CLEARLY
 LABEL THEM ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 11. PLEASE INCLUDE A ROOT BARRIER DETAIL AND SHOW
 LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT INFRASTRUCTURE
 AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS. THIS INCLUDES WATER, SEWER,
 DRAINAGE, SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY FIELD STRUCTURES
 THAT COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
  
 12. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SUCH
 AS A/C COMPRESSORS, ETC., AND PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL
 GROUND MOUNTED EQUIPMENT AND UTILITIES.
  
  
  
  
  
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
 2. ALL INVASIVE EXOTIC PLANT SPECIES SHALL BE REMOVED
 FROM THE ENTIRE SITE PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE
 OF OCCUPANCY FOR THE NEW BUILDING.
