2017-09-22 13:20:401. PLEASE PROVIDE A SITE PLAN WITH ALL THREE PROJECTS
 SHOWN.
 2. THE ROSEMARY AVENUE STREETSCAPE DESIGN SHALL BE
 CONSISTENT THROUGHOUT. THE CITY IS CURRENTLY
 CONSIDERING MULTIPLE CHANGES TO THE STREETSCAPE DESIGN.
 THE PROJECT WILL INCORPORATE SUCH CHANGES AS THEY
 BECOME AVAILABLE.
 3. THE LANDSCAPE BUFFERS NEXT TO THE BUILDING, ALONG
 ROSEMARY AVENUE, SHALL BE REDESIGNED TO CREATE A
 STRONGER CONNECTION BETWEEN THE STREETSCAPE AND THE
 BUILDING INTERIOR, ESPECIALLY FOR RETAIL SPACES.
 4. ADDITIONAL SEATING SHOULD BE INCORPORATED TO SUPPORT
 THE TRANSIT STOP.
 5. BIKE RACKS SHALL BE LOCATED CLOSE TO THE PRIMARY
 ENTRANCE AND SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN.
 6. THE CORNER OF ROSEMARY AND THIRD SHALL INCORPORATE
 HIGHLY ACTIVE CONNECTION TO THE INSIDE OF THE BUILDING.
 THE FLOORPLAN SHALL BE RESTUDIED FOR POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
 INCLUDING THE RELOCATION OF THE STAIRS.
 7. THE OPENING FOR THE DROP OFF AREA SHOULD BE REDUCED
 AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, PROVIDE AUTO-TURN STUDY FOR THE
 AREA.
 8. PHOTOMETRIC STUDY FOR THE SITE SHALL BE PROVIDED.
 9. PROVIDE GROUND FLOOR DETAIL ELEVATIONS IN COLOR.
 10. MONUMENT SIGNS ARE NOT PERMITTED WITHIN THE DMP
 AREA.
 11. PROJECT WILL BE SUBJECT TO DOWNTOWN ACTION
 COMMITTEE SPECIAL REVIEW PROCESS.
