 2. SATISFIED. PLEASE REVISE THE OPEN SPACE DIAGRAM FOR
 THE REQUIRED 25% PRIVATE OPEN SPACE ON SHEET A-1.02 TO
 MEET THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE 2ND FLOOR POOL AREA AS
 ROOFTOP GARDEN AND MEET THE DEFINITION FOUND IN SECTION
 94-109. ROOFTOP GARDEN CATEGORY REQUIRES 30% VEGETATED
 AREA, AND 20% TREE CANOPY.
  
 PLEASE SHADE THE VEGETATED AREAS TO DISCERN THEM FROM
 THE OVERALL OPEN SPACE AREA.

 14. THE ENGINEERING PLAN SUBMITTED SHOWS GREASE TRAPS
 AND WATER LINE CONNECTIONS IN CONFLICT WITH PROPOSED
 LANDSCAPING. PLEASE SHOW THE UTILITIES ON THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN AND ADDRESS CONFLICTS.
  
 15. STAFF SUGGESTS THAT TREE GRATES ONLY BE PROPOSED
 WHERE NECESSARY FOR SIDEWALK TRAVEL WIDTH, OTHERWISE
