 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A LANDSCAPE PLAN PREPARED
 BY A LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT, PER SECTION 94-442 (A).
  
 2. PARTIALLY SATISFIED. PLEASE REVISE THE OPEN SPACE
 DIAGRAM FOR THE REQUIRED 25% PRIVATE OPEN SPACE ON
 SHEET A-1.02 TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE 2ND FLOOR
 POOL AREA AS ROOFTOP GARDEN AND MEET THE DEFINITION
 FOUND IN SECTION 94-109. ROOFTOP GARDEN CATEGORY
 REQUIRES 30% VEGETATED AREA, AND 20% TREE CANOPY.
  
 PLEASE SHADE THE VEGETATED AREAS TO DISCERN THEM FROM
 THE OVERALL OPEN SPACE AREA.
  
 3. NOT SATISFIED. PRIVATE OPEN SPACE CATEGORY FOR
 INTERIOR COURTYARD MUST MEET THE REQUIREMENTS ON ITS
 OWN OF 20% VEGETATED AREA, AND 40% TREE CANOPY.
  
 PLEASE SHADE THE VEGETATED AREAS TO DISCERN THEM FROM
 THE OVERALL OPEN SPACE AREA.
  
 4. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW THE CALCULATIONS FOR TREE
 CANOPY BY SPECIES PER SECTION 94-109 TABLE IV-8 FOR ALL
 APPLICABLE REQUIRED AREAS.
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE THE PLANT AND TREE LIST FOR THE OPEN
 SPACE AREAS AND LABEL EACH TREE FOR THE CANOPY SQUARE
 FOOTAGE CREDIT TO DEMONSTRATE IT MEETS THE PERCENTAGE
 CLAIMED ON THE OPEN SPACE DIAGRAM.
  
 5. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE WATER NEEDS CATEGORY FOR
 EACH SPECIES ON THE PLANT LIST FROM THE SFWMD WATERWISE
 GUIDE TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY
 LANDSCAPE CHART SECTION 94-446 (G).
  
 6. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A TREE DISPOSITION
 PLAN INCLUDING THE CANOPY SIZES AND INDICATING WHETHER
 THE EXISTING TREES AND PALMS WILL BE PRESERVED,
 RELOCATED OR REMOVED.
  
 7. NOT SATISFIED. STREET TREES LOCATED IN A SIDEWALK
 THAT IS ADJACENT TO A PERVIOUS LANDSCAPE AREA SHALL
 HAVE THE STRUCTURAL SOIL EXTENDED UNDER THE SIDEWALK TO
 MEET THE LANDSCAPE AREA IF THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE 5
 FOOT REQUIRED STRUCTURAL SOIL AND THE LANDSCAPE AREA IS
 LESS THAN 4 FEET. PLEASE SHOW THESE AREAS ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 8. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW SAFE SIGHT TRIANGLE AT
 VEHICLE ENTRANCES AND EXITS. THE ENTRANCES NEED TO BE
 ENGINEERED TO ALLOW ANY TREES AND SHRUBS AND
 GROUNDCOVER TO BE PLANTED IN ANY LANDSCAPE AREAS
 LOCATED ADJACENT TO THEM, AND STILL ALLOW SAFE SIGHT
 TRIANGLES TO BE CLEAR.
  
 9. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE INDICATE LOCATIONS OF STREET
 TREES ALONG 3RD STREET AND ROSEMARY AND SHOW TREE
 GRATES AND STRUCTURAL SOIL DETAIL AND LOCATION.
 STRUCTURAL SOIL LOCATIONS NOT SHOWN. NO DETAIL
 PROVIDED.

 10. PLEASE LABEL ALL STREETS ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 11. PLEASE PROVIDE A PLAN SHOWING THE PROPERTIES
 TOGETHER SHOWING HOW THE ADJOINING BUFFERS AND STREET
 TREES RELATE TO EACH OTHER.
  
 12. STREET TREES NEED TO BE CONSISTENT WITH SECTION
 94-113 FOR SPACING EVERY 30 FEET, AND CONSISTENT IN
 SPECIES WITH OAKS ALONG ROSEMARY AVE., 3RD ST, AND
 RAILROAD AVE. THE PURPLE TABEBUIA TREES ADJACENT TO THE
 PLAZA AT RAILROAD AND 3RD ST MAY REMAIN AS THEY RELATE
 TO THE PLAZA.
  
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
 2. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERMITTING AND INSTALLATION OF THE
 STREET TREES AND RIGHT OF WAY LANDSCAPING AND
 IRRIGATION APPROVED WITH THIS PETITION.
 3. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE ROAD RIGHT OF
 WAY LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION. THIS WILL BE THROUGH A
 SEPARATE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY.
