2019-08-06 16:06:43PASSED WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
 1. THE DEVELOPER SHALL CONSTRUCT 4TH STREET BETWEEN
 ROSEMARY AVENUE AND RAILROAD AVENUE PRIOR TO THE
 ISSUANCE OF THE FIRST CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
 2. THE DEVELOPER SHALL CONVERT ONE OF THE TWO WESTBOUND
 RECEIVING LANES INTO AN EASTBOUND LEFT-TURN LANE IN THE
 WEST LEG OF THE QUADRILLE BOULEVARD/3RD STREET
 INTERSECTION, AND OBTAIN ANY NECESSARY PERMIT FOR SUCH
 CONSTRUCTION, PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE FIRST
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. DESIGN PLANS FOR THE
 IMPROVEMENT SHALL BE PREPARED BY THE DEVELOPER AND
 SUBMITTED TO THE CITY FOR REVIEW DURING PERMITTING.
 3. THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS SHALL BE ADDRESSED DURING
 PERMITTING:
 A. PROVIDE BICYCLE PARKING PER CITY CODE SECTIONS
 94-485 AND 94-113.
 B. CLARIFY HOW MANY HOTEL ROOMS ARE PROPOSED. SHEET
 A-0.00 INDICATES THERE ARE 148 ROOMS AND 78 SUITES, BUT
 SHEET A-1.00 AND THE TRAFFIC STUDY INDICATE THERE ARE
 146 ROOMS AND 78 SUITES.
 C. REDUCE THE WIDTH OF THE 2 DRIVEWAYS (WHICH IS
 CURRENTLY SHOWN AS 22 FEET WIDE) FOR THE PORTE COCHERE
 ON WEST RAILROAD AVENUE.
 D. SHOW CROSSWALK CONNECTIONS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE
 STREETS.
 E. PLEASE RESURFACE THE ROADWAY AND INTERSECTION ALONG
 THE ENTIRE PROPERTY FRONTAGE INSTEAD OF THE SECTIONS
 WITH DRAINAGE WORK.
