 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. UTILITY LETTERS SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 2. THE PARKING DETAIL SHALL CONFORM TO THE MINIMUM CITY
 STANDARDS, INCLUDING DOUBLE-STRIPING.
  
 3. THE SITE PLAN SHALL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
  A. LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY LINE, RIGHT-OF-WAY,
 EXISTING/PROPOSED EASEMENTS, ETC.
  B. STREETS, DRIVEWAYS, INTERSECTIONS, CURB CUTS AND
 TURNING LANES ADJACENT TO OR ACROSS FROM THE SUBJECT
 PROPERTY.
  
 4. PLEASE VERIFY THE LOCATION OF THE ACCESSIBLE PARKING
 IS ACCEPTABLE TO ADA REQUIREMENTS. WHERE IS THE
 ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE INTO THE BUILDING? IS THERE
 REQUIRED TO BE ONE? USERS OF THE ACCESSIBLE PARKING
 SPACE CANNOT BE DIRECTED BEHIND OTHER PARKED VEHICLES.
  
 5. DIMENSIONS SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
  A. SETBACKS FROM THE PROPOSED BUILDING TO NEARBY
 PROPERTY LINES.
  B. PARKING SPACES AND DRIVE AISLES.
  
 6. IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT THE SCREENING OF THE
 DIESEL STORAGE TANKS IS BEING INCLUDED IN THIS SCOPE OF
 WORK, HOWEVER, NO DETAILS HAVE BEEN PROVIDED AND SUCH
 WORK HAS NOT BEEN INDICATED ON THE PLANS.
  
 7. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN CONFLICTS WITH THE
 SITE/ARCHITECTURAL PLANS BY SHOWING LANDSCAPING IN
 FRONT OF AND ACROSS TH DOORWAY ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING. ENSURE THAT ALL PLANS MATCH.
  
 8. LANDSCAPE SCREENING SHALL BE PROVIDED AROUND THE
 CONDENSING UNITS.
  
 9. THE RENDERINGS PROVIDED DO NOT MATCH THE SITE PLAN,
 SPECIFICALLY WITH REGARD TO THE EAST FA?ADE AND
 ADJACENT CURBING.
  
 10. IT APPEARS THAT THE SIZE OF THE BUILDING ON THE
 SITE PLAN DOES NOT MATCH THE FLOOR PLAN. ON THE FLOOR
 PLAN THE NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING APPEARS TO HAVE A
 CONCRETE PAD OUTSIDE OF THE EXTERIOR WALLS OF THE
 STRUCTURE, BUT THE SITE PLAN DEPICTS THIS AS BEING A
 PART OF THE BUILDING. PLEASE CLARIFY AND ENSURE THAT
 ALL PLANS ARE CONSISTENT.

 PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING WHEN RESUBMITTING:
  
 A) WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS MADE BY ALL
 DEPARTMENTS SHALL BE PROVIDED UPON RESUBMISSION.
  
 B) 6 SETS OF REVISED PLANS AND/OR DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED, ALONG WITH ONE (1) REDUCED COPY (11IN X
 17IN), AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS.
  
 C) PLEASE NOTE THAT RE-SUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 D) IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 E) PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
