 1. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A TREE PROTECTION DETAIL
 AND PLAN SHOWING LOCATIONS OF TREE PROTECTION TO BE
 MAINTAINED DURING CONSTRUCTION.
  
 2. SATISFIED. PLEASE CLARIFY THE AREAS COUNTED TOWARD
 THE BUILDING PERIMETER LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENT OF 40%.
 THERE ARE SEVERAL AREAS JUST UNDER THE OVERHANG OF THE
 BUILDING THAT CAN BE ENHANCED WITH SHRUBS AND
 GROUNDCOVER.
  
 3. SATISFIED. PLEASE REVISE THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO
 INDICATE A 10 FOOT LANDSCAPE BUFFER ALONG FLAGLER PER
 SECTION 94-443(D), AND INDICATE THE WIDTH OF THE
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER ALONG ALL OTHER PROPERTY LINES.
  
 4. SATISFIED. PLEASE REMOVE THE DECK AREA FROM THE
 FLAGLER LANDSCAPE BUFFER PER 94-443(D). THE RETAINING
 WALL CAN THEN BE MOVED BACK IN LINE WITH THE SOUTHERN
 PORTION.
  
 5. SATISFIED. PLEASE REVISE THE LINEAR FEET OF BUFFER
 ON SHEET LP-1 TO SEPARATE INDIVIDUAL PORTIONS OF
 BUFFERS AND RECALCULATE THE NUMBER OF REQUIRED AND
 PROVIDED BUFFER TREES IN ORDER TO CLARIFY PORTIONS
 WHERE CODE CANNOT BE MET.
  
 6. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW THE LOCATION OF ALL WATER,
 SEWER, DRAINAGE, LIGHTING AND FPL TRANSFORMERS ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN TO AVOID CONFLICTS WITH LANDSCAPING.
  
 7. SATISFIED. PLEASE INCLUDE A ROOT BARRIER DETAIL AND
 SHOW LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT
 INFRASTRUCTURE AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS. THIS INCLUDES
 WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE, SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY
 FIELD STRUCTURES THAT COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
  
 8. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL GROUND
 MOUNTED EQUIPMENT AND UTILITIES.

 9. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE THE MINIMUM REQUIRED TREE,
 FLOWERING TREE AND SHRUB REQUIREMENTS BASED ON 40%
 MINIMUM OPEN SPACE.

 THE ACTUAL OPEN SPACE PROVIDED IN THE CHART ON SHEET
 LP-1
  
 PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION MAY BE
 REQUESTED, AND STAFF MAYHAVE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS AS THE
 REVIEW PROCESS CONTINUES FOR RESUBMITTALS ADDRESSING

 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
