 1.) REVISED COMMENT: PROVIDE A LETTER FROM FPL
 CONFIRMING THAT THE PROPOSED PROJECT DOES NOT ENCROACH
 INTO THEIR EASEMENT OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH THE
 PROVISION OF THEIR SERVICES.
  
 2.) EXECUTION OF A HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT FOR THE
 PAVED DRIVE WILL BE REQUIRED.
  
  
 SITE PLAN COMMENTS:
  
 1.) REVISED COMMENT: PROVIDE WRITTEN CONFIRMATION FROM
 THE SANITATION DEPARTMENT STATING THAT THE LOCATION OF
 THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE IS ADEQUATE FOR SERVICE.
  
 2.) REVISED COMMENT: THE DEPTH OF THE DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE (6'-6") DOES NOT MEET THE MINIMUM STANDARDS
 OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS).
 THE ZLDRS REQUIRE A MINIMUM ENCLOSURE DEPTH OF 13'-8".
 PLEASE ADDRESS.
  
 3.) THE 90 DEGREE PARKING DETAIL IS DIFFICULT TO READ.
 PLEASE PROVIDE A CLEAR DETAIL.
  
 4.) PROVIDE A DETAIL WITH DIMENSIONS OF THE RETAINING
 WALL WITH THE 4 FT. HIGH DECORATIVE FENCE AROUND THE
 PRIVATE POOL FACING FLAGLER DRIVE.
  
 5.) PLEASE MAKE THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS TO THE SITE
 DATA TABULAR: EXISTING USE: MULTI FAMILY, 9 UNITS (NOT
 6 UNITS); PARKING REQUIRED IS 13 (NOT 14)
  
 6.) PLEASE MAKE THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS TO THE
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS TABLE: REQUIRED REAR SETBACK IS
 15 FT. (NOT 35 FT.); REFERENCE ZLDR S. 94-77(A)(3) FOR
 THE MAXIMUM BUILDING HEIGHT; REFERENCE ZLDR S.
 94-304(D)(2)1.E. FOR THE MINIMUM POOL SETBACKS FOR A
 DOUBLE FRONTAGE LOT; MAKE REFERENCE THAT THE VARIANCES
 TO THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER WAS APPROVED BY ZBA FINAL ORDER
 3337 IN THE VARIANCE CHART.
  
  
 FLOOR PLANS AND ELEVATIONS:
  
 1.) PROVIDE THE OVERALL HEIGHT DIMENSION OF THE
 PROPOSED RESIDENTIAL BUILDING (WHICH SHOULD INCLUDE ANY
 ROOFTOP PARAPET WALL) IN THE BUILDING ELEVATIONS.
 REVISE THE HEIGHT INFORMATION IN THE SITE DATA TABULAR
 AS NECESSARY.
  
 2.) ELEVATIONS DO NOT MATCH THE FLOOR PLANS IN THE
 PLANS SET. PLEASE ADDRESS FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
 3.) THE COLORED ELEVATIONS DO NOT MATCH THE ELEVATIONS
 PROVIDED IN THE PLAN SET. PLEASE ADDRESS FOR
 CONSISTENCY.
  
 4.) THE A/C UNITS LOCATED ON THE ROOFTOP OF THE
 PROPOSED BUILDING SHALL BE SCREENED FROM VIEW WITH A
 PARAPET WALL. PLEASE ILLUSTRATE.
  
 5.) REFERENCE TO THE "VARIANCE REQUEST" SHOULD BE
 ELIMINATED FROM THE TITLE BOX.
  
  
 SUGGESTED SITE IMPROVEMENTS:
  
 1.) APPLICANT MAY WANT TO CONSIDER MOVING THE PROPOSED
 PRIVACY WALL THAT LIES PARALLEL TO FLAGLER DRIVE IN
 ORDER TO PROVIDE DECORATIVE LANDSCAPING ON THE EXTERIOR
 SIDE OF THE WALL AND ENHANCE THE AESTHETICS OF THE
 SITE.
  
  
 INSTRUCTIONS FOR RESUBMITTAL:
  
 * PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN
 WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 * WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF TEN
 (10) COPIES, ONE (1) REDUCED COPY (8.5 BY 11), AND AN
 ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PNG FORMAT OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT RE-SUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% ($200) OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
