 1. PLEASE SUBMIT THE CALCULATIONS WATER AND SANITARY
 SEWER DEMANDS (AVERAGE AND PEAK); AND FIRE DEMAND.
 SUBMIT CALCULATIONS TO VALIDATE METER SIZE SELECTION.
  
 2. ALL PREVIOUS COMMENTS ACKNOWLEDGED STILL PERTAIN.
  
 3. DUMPSTER/COMPACTOR SHOWN ON PLANS DOES NOT MEET
 DIMENSION CRITERIA PER CITY?S STANDARD DETAIL. PLEASE
 REVISE.
  
 4. MILLING AND RESURFACING REQUIREMENT FOR SANITARY
 SEWER IS FOR A TOTAL WIDTH OF 100-FEET (50-FEET ON BOTH
 SIDE OF THE CONNECTION POINT).
  
  
 FOLLOWING ARE COMMENTS ON WATER AND SEWER CONNECTIONS:
  
  
 1. PLACEMENT OF THE PROPOSED METER, BACKFLOW PREVENTER,
 DCDA ETC. SHALL BE INSTALLED PER THE CITY?S STANDARD
 DETAILS. REVISE THE LOCATION OF THE FIRE HYDRANT.
  
 2. THE NEW LANDSCAPING ALONG THE WEST AND SOUTH
 PROPERTY LINES IS BEING PROPOSED IN CLOSE PROXIMITY OF
 THE EXISTING WATER MAIN. THE CITY IS EVALUATING THE
 POTENTIAL ABANDONMENT OF THE 4-INCH AND 8-INCH WATER
 LINES (ALONG THE WEST AND SOUTH PROPERTY LINES
 RESPECTIVELY).
  
 3. EXTEND THE EXISTING 8-INCH WATER MAIN ON SOUTH
 FLAGLER TO THE NORTH (ABOUT 100-FEET) AND MOVE THE
 PROPOSED CONNECTION FOR POTABLE WATER LINE AND FIRE
 LINE FOR ?THE CRYSTAL? PROPERTY FURTHER NORTH.

 THIS IS A CONCEPTUAL LEVEL REVIEW. CONSTRUCTION LEVEL
 DETAILS, DESIGN CALCULATIONS AND THE POLLUTION
 PREVENTION PLAN WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROCESSES. THE ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT
 APPROVAL APPLICATION FORMS CAN BE DOWNLOADED AT
 HTTP://WPB.ORG/ENGINEERING/FORMS-AND-PUBLICATIONS/
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO SITE
 PLAN APPROVAL.
  
 1. PLEASE SUBMIT ESTIMATES FOR THE PEAK POTABLE WATER
 DEMAND, SANITARY SEWER FLOW, AND SOLID WASTE COLLECTION
 YARDAGE.
  
 2. A MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE
 NON-STANDARD ELEMENTS (TREES AND TREE GRATES; PAVERS,
 ETC.) PROPOSED WITHIN CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 3. WHERE IS THE PROPOSED DUMPSTER/COMPACTOR LOCATION?
 PLEASE PROVIDE AN AUTOTURN ANALYSIS DEMONSTRATING THE
 SOLID WASTE COLLECTION VEHICLE CAN ACCESS THE PROPOSED
 DUMPSTER AND COMPACTOR LOCATIONS. THE TRASH
 DUMPSTER/COMPACTORS MUST LOCATED IN AREAS EASILY
 SERVICED BY THE CITY SANITATION EQUIPMENT AND MANPOWER
 PER SECTION 74-35(A)(5) OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES. IF A
 ROLL-OFF COMPACTOR IS PROPOSED, PLEASE PROVIDE A LETTER
 FROM THE PRIVATE PROVIDER VERIFYING THAT THEY CAN
 PROVIDE SERVICE WITH THE CONFIGURATION SHOWN ON THE
 PLANS.
  
 4. PLEASE INCLUDE THE CITY STANDARD DETAIL FOR THE
 DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE ON THE PLANS. MINIMUM DIMENSIONAL
 REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ENCLOSURE ARE LISTED IN CODE OF
 ORDINANCES, SECTION 94-444(B), ALSO SEE FIGURE XIV-3 OF
 THE SAME SECTION.
  
 5. PRELIMINARY, UPDATED FEMA FLOOD INSURANCE MAPS ARE
 AVAILABLE AT HTTP://WWW.CO.PALM-BEACH.FL.US/NEWSROOM/08
 14/08-26-14-FLOOD_MAPS.HTM. PLEASE REVIEW THE MAPS AND
 VERIFY THAT THE NEW MAPS WILL NOT IMPACT THE PROPOSED
 PROJECT.
  
 6. PLEASE SHOW THE SIGHT TRIANGLES ON THE GROUND FLOOR
 LANDSCAPING PLAN FOR THE INTERSECTIONS AND VEHICULAR
 EXITS. (SECTION 94-305E, CODE OF ORDINANCES)
  
 7. A TRAFFIC STUDY WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS PROJECT
 SHOWING HOW THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT WILL AFFECT THE
 TRAFFIC VOLUME AND SURROUNDING LOCAL ROADWAYS. INCLUDE
 TRAFFIC ACCIDENT DATA FOR AFFECTED STREET CORRIDORS.
 ESTIMATE INCREASED OR DECREASED POTENTIAL. SAFETY
 IMPROVEMENTS SHALL BE RECOMMENDED WHERE NECESSARY.
 PLEASE SCHEDULE A MEETING WITH THE CITY TRAFFIC
 ENGINEER (BRIAN COLLINS) TO DETERMINE THE SCOPE OF THE
 REQUIRED STUDY.
  
 8. PLEASE REVISE THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO SHOW LOCATIONS
 OF ALL WATER METERS, VALVES, CLEAN-OUTS, LIGHT POLES,
 ETC. ROOT BARRIERS MAY BE REQUIRED WHERE PLANTINGS ARE
 NEAR UNDERGROUND STORMWATER, SANITARY, OR POTABLE WATER
 LINES.
  
 9. PLEASE SHOW THE SIGHT TRIANGLES ON THE GROUND FLOOR
 LANDSCAPING PLAN FOR THE INTERSECTIONS AND VEHICULAR
 EXITS. (SECTION 94-305E, CODE OF ORDINANCES)
  
 10. THE AVAILABLE WATER PRESSURE IN THIS PORTION OF THE
 CITY MAY NOT BE ACCEPTABLE AT ELEVATIONS HIGHER THAN
 THE 2ND FLOOR. WE RECOMMEND A LONG-TERM PRESSURE STUDY
 BE PERFORMED PRIOR TO FINALIZATION OF THE UTILITY
 DESIGN.
  
 11. PLEASE SHOW THE LOCATIONS OF ROOF DRAINS AND
 INDICATE WHERE THE DISCHARGE WILL BE DIRECTED. RUNOFF
 VELOCITY AND VOLUME SHOULD NOT EXCEED EXISTING
 CONDITIONS.
  
 12. CONSIDER OTHER METHODS OF STORM WATER TREATMENT
 OTHER THAN EXFILTRATION TRENCH. EXFILTRATION TRENCHES
 ARE NOT EFFECTIVE IN THE LOW AREAS ALONG LAKE WORTH
 LAGOON.
  
 13. PER THE CITY RIGHT OF WAY STANDARDS MANUAL, MINIMUM
 PIPE SIZE FOR USE IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY IS 15? RCP.
  
 14. IN THE EXFILTRATION TRENCH CALCULATIONS, EXPLAIN
 HOW THE DEPTH TO WATER VALUE OF 3 FEET WAS CALCULATED
 WHEN THE WEIR ELEVATION IS SHOWN AS 4.5 FEET AND THE
 WATER LEVEL IS SHOWN AS 2.0 FEET.
  
 15. PROVIDE FIELD DATA SUPPORTING THE EXFILTRATION RATE
 ASSUMED IN THE EXFILTRATION TRENCH CALCULATIONS.
  
 16. SHOW UTILITIES ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS. NOTE THERE
 IS A WATER MAIN SOUTH OF THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE.
  
 17. CALL OUT CITY UTILITIES INSTEAD OF PBCWUD ON THE
 ROOT BARRIER DETAIL.
  
 18. INDICATE MILLING AND RESURFACING LIMITS AROUND
 TRENCH CUTS ON CITY STREETS.
  
 19 REPLACE THE CURB CUT ALONG THE SOUTH END OF THE EAST
 FRONTAGE ON FLAGLER BLVD. WITH TYPE ?D? CONCRETE CURB.
 DROP CURB AND CURB TRANSITIONS CAN REMAIN AROUND THE
 EXISTING DRAINAGE INLET.
  
 20. TURN AROUND SPACES MUST BE PROVIDED AT THE DEAD
 ENDS. REVISE THE PARKING LAYOUT TO COMPLY WITH SECTION
 94-485 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES.
  
 21. PLEASE PROVIDE THE DOCUMENTS LISTED IN THE TITLE
 SEARCH (DB 1024/180).
  
 22. RELOCATE THE PROPOSED METER OUTSIDE OF THE SIDEWALK
 ALONG FLAGLER.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO
 ISSUANCE OF CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATION INCLUDING
 BUILDING PERMITS AND ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL.
  
 1. AN ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL APPLICATION WILL
 BE REQUIRED FROM THE ENGINEERING DIVISION OF THE PUBLIC
 WORKS DEPARTMENT. THE ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL
 APPLICATION FORMS CAN BE DOWNLOADED AT
 HTTP://WPB.ORG/ENGINEERING/FORMS-AND-PUBLICATIONS/
  
 2. SOLID WASTE YARDAGE WILL NEED TO BE VERIFIED AS PART
 OF THE FINAL DESIGN TO VERIFY THAT THE DESIGN INCLUDES
 APPROPRIATE NUMBER AND SIZE OF TRASH BINS.
  
 3. A SEPARATE SUBMITTAL WILL BE REQUIRED TO THE
 ENGINEERING DIVISION OF THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT FOR
 PLAT APPROVAL. PLEASE CONTACT VINCE NOEL AT

 FINAL PLAT APPROVAL WILL BE BASED ON THE APPROVED SITE
