 - PLEASE LABEL THE SPACES ARE NOT COUNTED AS FAR
 (TRASH, FLP VAULT ETC)
 - IN SHEET A1.01 THERE IS A NOTE ON BANYAN INDICATING A
 CANOPY OVERHANG, BUT I DO NOT SEE THAT IN ANY OF THE
 ELEVATIONS THOUGH IT IS SHOWN IN THE SECTIONS. IS THAT
 A CONTINUOUS CANOPY ALONG THE ENTIRE BUILDING FRONTAGE?
 THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL CANOPY AT THE BUILDING ENTRANCE
 INDICATED IN THE FACADE. PLEASE CLARIFY.
 - THERE IS ALSO A COLUMN ON THE NORTHEAST SIDE OF THE
 EAST LOBBY THAT IS ENCROACHING INTO THE MINIMUM
 SETBACK. IT DOES NOT SEEM TO MATCH WITH THE UPPER
 LEVELS.
 - VEHICULAR CURB CUT CAN BE REDUCED TO 10 FEET EACH
 TRAVEL LANE.
 - PLEASE INDICATE THAT THE SIDEWALK WILL CONTINUE AT
 THE SAME LEVEL ACROSS THE DRIVEWAY.
 - PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL DETAILS ON THE 1ST FLOOR
 FACADE. IS THERE ANY KICK PLATE PROPOSED? WHAT MATERIAL
 ARE THE ROUND COLUMNS? PLEASE PROVIDE PICTURES OF THE
 PROPOSED NATURAL WOOD PANELING AND BRING SAMPLE TO THE
 MEETING.
 - IS THERE ANY CONSIDERATION TO PROVIDE A MORE
 PEDESTRIAN FRIENDLY SCALE ALONG THE FRONTAGE? THE GLASS
 STOREFRONT IS 18 FEET IN HEIGHT, AND THE CANOPY IS AT
 THE SAME HEIGHT. CAN THE FIRST FLOOR BE SMALLER OR THE
 CANOPY LOWERED? CONSIDERING THERE ARE NOT EVEN
 COMMERCIAL USES IN THE FIRST FLOOR THE 18 FEET
 STOREFRONT SEEMS A LOT.
 - DO YOU HAVE ANY RENDERING OF THE NEW PASSAGE WAY? I
 THINK THAT CAN BE NICE TO SHOW, THE ENHANCEMENT OF THE
 PUBLIC REALM WITH THE NEW CONNECTION WITH CLEMATIS AND
 THE PROPOSED SHARED OFFICE SPACE.
 - IS THERE REALLY A NEED TO HAVE THE MECHANICAL
 SCREENING AS ONE ADDITIONAL FLOOR? OR CAN IT BE
 MODIFIED SIMILAR TO WHAT WAS DONE FOR CLEMATIS PLACE?
 - PLEASE ADJUST THE PARKING TABLE TO REFLECT PROPOSED
 CODE CHANGE, AND INDICATE BIKE PARKING AND SHARED
 PARKING SPACES.
 - PLEASE LIST ALL THE UNITS IN THE UNIT TABLE SO WE CAN
 HAVE THE INFORMATION FOR EACH UNIT IN ADDITION TO THE
 AVERAGE.
